Extended Stay America provides accessibility features for our guests with disabilities. Accessible features available include but are not limited to:
Access from site arrival points to the hotel entrance, including pedestrian paths to travel and curb cuts where needed.

Guests who have mobility disabilities may request bed frame removal to lower the surface of the bed. Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.

Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

To cancel a reservation, please find the reservation you want to cancel by going to "My Stays" on your Extended Perks account page or by clicking here to find your reservation. Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.

Check In / Check Out Check-in time for arriving guests begins at 3 p.m. Check-out time for departing guests is 11 a.m.
For guests staying fewer than 7 nights, a valid credit card is required for payment.
My check in experience with Preonna was top priority customer service. She made sure my check in was smooth and that my room was up to standard. As a long term guest the staff was friendly. This hotel is under new management so give it a chance you’ll like it here.

Booked a 2 day, 1 night room for myself and my 3 kids. Was severely disappointed to find out that the "included breakfast" was just a simple packet of oatmeal and a granola bar. The room was tiny, the sink looked dirty. There was no ice machine, no dishes (its an extended stay, expected more of a homey feeling), no shampoo or body wash samples that are usually in hotels. Will not be coming back here. Service was below par. There was never anyone at the counter to help. Smelled like cigarettes and people smoking marijuana and who knows what else in the hallways. For the price, I would rather stay at a budget inn or motel 6.
I will not be coming to this location at all. I have been to other extended stays and this one is by far the worst one out of them all.

As others have noted people sleep in the main stairwell. Also, don't stay here if you're looking to use the kitchen. There aren't even cups. If you want anything to cook with you have to go to the front desk and "borrow it." They won't even bring them up for you. Also, no ice. I was told I could go to the front desk and get an ice tray. That works for tomorrow. I was also told I could walk to Smart and Final and buy ice. I've never stayed at a hotel with no ice or had a hotel kitchen with not a single kitchen utensil.

Booked this room for two nights. When I checked in around 10pm I got to the room and there was no TV remote. I like the background noise when I sleep so this was really a pain. When I left for work the following morning around 4am I used the stairs from the 3rd floor and as I round the corner there was a man sleeping on the stairs well that startled me! I was genuinely scared for my safety. When I came back to the hotel at 10pm after a 16 hour shift I asked for a a TV remote from the front desk then headed up to the room. When I got up to my room my key did not work. I was told this is a common occurrence. I went back down stairs to get new keys which did work. The next morning I got up early and went to the gym, came back to the hotel around 6:50am and wanted to get some coffee and it was empty and no one around. Very frustrating when all the breakfast consists of is coffee and grab and go breakfast. THEN I called the front desk around 9am to ask for an extended check out. Was told they could extend to noon for free. Great, needed more sleep after a long day of work. Housekeeping kept trying to come into the room multiple times! Even opening the door! I then got a call from the front desk around 11:30 asking when I was going to check out. Really frustrating when I had specifically called to get an extended check to get some sleep. A very frustrating stay at this hotel. Gave the service a 3 because the lady at the front desk at night was trying to be helpful.
