Access from site arrival points to the hotel entrance, including pedestrian paths to travel and curb cuts where needed.

Pet Policy
Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.
Advance Payment Policy
Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

Refresh Service: You may purchase a Refresh Service for $5 per service. Refresh service includes: replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, making bed with existing linens, and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed.

For guests staying fewer than 7 nights, a valid credit card is required for payment.
Staying here again after a long time, and the atmosphere has improved from what I remember it being previously. However this time I stayed on the top (3rd) floor. Which has been mostly peaceful and quiet. Have had a couple unsavory experiences with other guests being ignorant of the existence of other people and their desires for peace and quiet. (Loud music, a 1am - 3 am domestic squabble as well as a holiday party) I understand wanting to have fun and enjoy the company of friends on st paddy’s day but be respectful of the other people who are around you. Some of us don’t have the convenience of having a stable place of residence and therefore live here temporarily. The friendliness of the front desk employees is for the most part adequate and pleasant with only a couple exceptions. Two of the employees may need some extra training in their communication and friendliness skills. During a towel exchange one night the front desk clerk did not say a single word to me after appearing from the adjacent office to see what I needed. It was awkward and uncomfortable and came off as just plain rude, frankly. The room I stay in is a deluxe king suite and I have enjoyed my stay mostly despite the aforementioned unpleasant experiences with inconsiderate guests. However the large red blotches on the carpet and dried spatter on the kitchen ceiling of what appears to be blood is not only unacceptable but also worrisome for many reasons. One can only assume what has happened in this room previously. Otherwise I do plan to stay here a little longer and would recommend it for the people that I know in the area. It’s been overall pleasant and comfortable with a few caveats.

All the rooms look like ghetto trash and I found a bed bug in the second room I tried to stay in and I ended up not staying here at all good luck to anybody who has normal standards to stay here I would recommend that you don't have a great day

Bed bugs In my first room, was given another room, the room was not the cleanest, but was passable, not recommended location because of the bed bugs, never stayed at a extended stay that had bed bugs until this time. Very disappointing.

Stink bugs all over, smelled like an ashtray once you walk in, front desk new about the bugs, and didn't seem concerned, got a refund
And moved on.
