Extended Stay America provides accessibility features for our guests with disabilities. Accessible features available include but are not limited to:
Access from site arrival points to the hotel entrance, including pedestrian paths to travel and curb cuts where needed.
Accessible parking for vans and standard automobiles, including proper striping and signage

Guests who have mobility disabilities may request bed frame removal to lower the surface of the bed. Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.
Advance Payment Policy
Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

Once you find the reservation you want to cancel, select "Cancel" and then "Yes" to confirm your cancellation. To cancel an AP or EPP reservation, please call the hotel directly.
Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.

We also take our commitment to the environment very seriously and strive to freshen up without wasting our natural resources unnecessarily. Towards this common goal, housekeeping services are scheduled based on the number of nights you will be staying with us. Additional full or refresh services are available as outlined below.

Refresh Service: You may purchase a Refresh Service for $5 per service. Refresh service includes: replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, making bed with existing linens, and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed.

Check In / Check Out Check-in time for arriving guests begins at 3 p.m. Check-out time for departing guests is 11 a.m.
For guests staying fewer than 7 nights, a valid credit card is required for payment.
Checked in on Friday 3/22/24 only positive was check in was fast and simple. It all went down hill from there. We get into the room and it smelt atrocious like death almost. The window to the room was wide open looked like they were trying to air out the room before we got there, so they knew the room had a rancid smell in there but they still continued to rent it out! When I went to ask for a room change I was told that they were completely booked. The front desk gave me a can of air freshener and said that’s all they could do for me. On the bed there was 2 pillows that looked like used tea bags and there was no blanket to cover yourself with. Needless to say as soon as the sun came up we checked out. We won’t be returning I guess you get what you paid for.

Not a good first impression!! The room and the hallway smelled like stinky feet. Alot of sketchy people walking around. I found a pair of thongs and pants behind a chair in the room. The room was barely clean and the floors were so dirty 😔

There should be a 0 star option. This is NOT a hotel, DO NOT book here, your stuff fina get stolen by staff, there is no breakfast, see the picture? You ll get cheap granola bars for Breakfast. The place stinks, it s dirty, noisy, a lot of people live there and the place is just a mess. If smth happens, do not think the managers will take ownership. Horrendous place and service, should be closed down.

YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY!
Went to stay for 6 days. (PAID 580) Asked for early check in they told me 1:30pm. Got there at the expected time for a room to not be ready. ( they didnt check me in until 4 pm and check in is at 3 pm normally) They switched me out of the room I ordered (2 queen beds) they placed me in a room that had a sofa bed and one queen bed. Room was dirty and smelled of dog feces. We needed to be changed to a different room and that room was dirty as well. Still in the 1 bed with sofa. It was too late to cancel the reservation and to stay somewhere else( i tried before we even checked in) At that point I cleaned the room myself. I'm not sure what the person did at the front desk. But come day 5 the day before we were to check out we were told that we needed to leave. Management stated that that was my last day when I in fact paid for 6 days. He told me that wasn't his problem and that I need to "get out". Very unprofessional. Breakfast was horrible. There was never anything out there for a breakfast. It was just coffee. And even that was horrible. I was given a coffee pot to use for the room And it had moldy coffee grounds still inside of it. But all wrapped up as if it was cleaned. The sheets had hair all over them meaning they probably never get changed. Shower curtain had urine all over it. I broke out it a horrible body rash cause of the filth. This place is a nightmare. I even tried to transfer to a different extended stay. Never again will I ever stay at this place. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!
Can't wait for management to add his 2 cents in about how much they "care about people " that man didn't even want his own job that day. There was a bout 8 people complaining at the same time. So, management, if you wanna tell me how sorry you are about my stay and how that's not your practice and you will look into it. Give me my money back then we can talk. Let's see how really sorry you are for the inconvenience. Until then I'll continue making reviews on your "establishment" If that's what you want to call it.
