Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.
Advance Payment Policy
Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

Refresh Service: You may purchase a Refresh Service for $5 per service. Refresh service includes: replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, making bed with existing linens, and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed.

This place sucks. Plain and simple.
The laundry is pverpriced, basically robbery. The lady at the front desk made everything difficult for me during and after my check out. I was helped eventually, but I practically jad to beg. Only that one staff member ever gives me a hard time. I have not interactsd with many others, but they seem nice enough. Cheap hotels are usually Spanish speaming in the area, so keep in mind language barriers.
The hotel smells like cigarettes and/or weed in some places. The treadmill in the gym is broken. They hardly have a gym at all. The gym is also the laundry room and vending machine area.
Breakfast could not even be considered breakfast. They were just snacks. Even still, they ran out of those snakcs, so fpr the last four nights of my stay, they slowly inched towards having nothing available but coffee. Not even oatmeal packets in the end. Worst of all is that they do not restock the breakfast area throughout the morning, so there is usually nothing by 8am anyway. Absolutely pathetic.
The rooms are fine (sorta), but they cannot get cleaned but once a week. That is fine, I guess. The showers did have a water pressure limiter which was incredibly annoying seeing that this place is not cheap for actual long stays. I do not know what it is, but the racks for the shower curtains are always broken, too. It makes it difficult to push them to either end, so they allow water to escape at the outermost left and right sides. Anyway, I also noticed that. At this location, I always get bitten by something. I do not know if they have bed bugs or spiders or what, but it has happened EVERY TIME. It is definitely something with this location.
It is nice having a kitchen in a hotel room, but the room is rather old. You can tell. The building overall looks very run down. The hallways are especially dim and unkempt. The clinetele varies drastically, so there is that. The hotel is more or less for everyone.
Honestly, you should just skip this one or try for another location. Avoid waking up with bites on your back that turn into hives. There are many other hotels in the area, most of which are only like ten dollars more per night. It is worth it, trust me. It was nice being near shops, but I do not think that I could stomach another stay here. I felt so dirty after leaving.
