Guests who have mobility disabilities may request bed frame removal to lower the surface of the bed. A guest with a mobility disability should provide the request for bed frame removal no later than forty-eight (48) hours in advance of check-in. If a guest with a mobility disability does not provide forty-eight (48) hours’ advanced notice for bed frame removal accommodation, then the guest’s request for bed frame removal shall be accommodated within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of request by hotel management. If the forty-eight (48) hour period falls on a holiday or weekend, hotel staff will accommodate the request within seventy-two (72) hours.

Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.
Advance Payment Policy
Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

To cancel a reservation, please find the reservation you want to cancel by going to "My Stays" on your Extended Perks account page or by clicking here to find your reservation. Once you find the reservation you want to cancel, select "Cancel" and then "Yes" to confirm your cancellation. To cancel an AP or EPP reservation, please call the hotel directly.
Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.

We also take our commitment to the environment very seriously and strive to freshen up without wasting our natural resources unnecessarily. Towards this common goal, housekeeping services are scheduled based on the number of nights you will be staying with us. Additional full or refresh services are available as outlined below.

For stays of eight (8+) or more nights: One Full Service housekeeping is provided each week. Refresh Service: You may purchase a Refresh Service for $5 per service. Refresh service includes: replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, making bed with existing linens, and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed.

Well, at first I thought it was just another hotel but when I got to look around more I was SUPER IMPRESSED... I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitation.. The layout of the rooms are really sweet.. Everything is set up to look like an apartment INSIDE , instead of an original hotel room.. Your bedroom is separated from the living room with a breeze way, and it is separated from the kitchen with a bar like window so you can serve each other like you were at home.. The Kitchen Has full size Fridge with freezer and it has full size stove and microwave.. A full size double sink and a dish washer.. Complete Bar that opens into bedroom so you can set on either side to eat and chat and have a few beer or mixed drinks.. Then the living room is full size with regular size sofa the can be let out into full size bed, It also has an office with a huge desk with hookups for your computer and other office equipment. Has a full length closet for all your clothes with shelves and long clothes rod for many outfits.. Has separate bathroom(Full Size) also.. It's basically a one bedroom apartment with each room separate from the other instead of an completely open hotel room like usual. Has hardwood floors with linoleum in the kitchen and bathroom... Really good Air Conditioner and Heating unit. A 43 inch Television with cable, and complete WiFi throughout with USB hookups in each lamp for charging devices.. Has Coffee and End tables in every room, and another chair in living area.. Even has a huge Chester Drawer in open area for extra storage.. For Ceiling Fans in each room which was very nice.. The laundry mat is on main floor with 4 industrial size Washing Machines and 4 industrial size Dryers(but they cost extra). $3 for each cycle, with Vending Machines for drinks and snacks ($3 for 20 Oz Sodas) and Chips and Candy of all kinds for little cheaper.. Lobby has 2 huge flat screens and it has a pretty nice swimming pool too... Trash can go out to the dumpster for free . And the Customer Service is Impressive as well. Moderately Priced Rooms per Night or Weekly Rates which is a little Cheaper . Average Per Night is $75 Total but can vary some.. Great Prices for this Area No Doubt.. The Hotel is Very Clean and Tidy, and Surrounding Area has All the Restaurants you can think of it with many Grocery Stores real close.. Wal-Mart and Target and so many other retail stores just right down the road . Most Stores are walking distance with 2 Convenient Stores right next door.. Marta Bus and Train Service Available Also . Great Place to stay if your in Town for a night or many nights . I was totally happy with EVERYTHING.. Thanks Extended Stay America.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND..!!! One thing was missing though.. A COFFEE MAKER, so bring one.. Definitely 5 Stars without 5 Star Prices..

The rooms are adequate and very clean. There's no sign of any kind of infestation and it's relatively quite. Good location with Whole Foods, Walmart in close proximity. Solomon is like sunshine on a cloudy day. Very professional, Good mannerisms, nice smile, eager to assist in any way to make sure as a guest, you feel completely comfortable with

I was also impressed with the maintenance gentleman as I saw him giving the laundry room a thorough deep cleaning, I think the only area he didn't wipe was the ceiling. Lol. Meticulously cleaning hallways etc. Hats off to you all!
