Yeah so these pictures are an absolute lie. The room we had was absolutely disgusting. As soon as we walked in my body started to itch. There were roaches and we weren't the only ones refusing to stay. You could really use a renovation. It was giving Jeffrey Dahmer residents.

First room I booked was filthy, the carpet was horribly stained and behind the chair was so much dust and dirt it affected my allergies. I was on a nearly month long stay. Additionally, the oven did not work properly so you could not put anything in it, it got to a warm temp but never to temp. The tub was in need of an update I didn't get in it without wearing my flip flops, room #303 I think it was. I was then moved to room #210 a bigger room since my grandson was joining me and we needed two beds. This room had obviously at some point dealt with a bed bug infestation since it was now vinyl plank flooring but the floor was never cleaned other then broom sweep white socks turned black immediately so I went and got my own cleaning supplies to deal with it. At least this room had a working oven. The bathroom was again an issue the toilet was not cleaned properly. It had a disgusting black ring build up at the rim, again I went and got cleaning supplies to address this also. The vanity was clearly rotted out on the bottom as chunks of it feel off when touched and the tub did not get hot water, only luke warm water for the 2.5 weeks of my stay. The blower dryer did not work and would not stay in it holder I was fearful of what I might get, if I ask for a new room. The sleeper sofa had stains on it that mattress needs to be replaced. Under the beds we found three unmatched kids socks covered in dirt, and a box from Bojangles, and a few cheese balls. Didn't see any roaches until the last week of the stay bathroom area roaches were noted. One small one and one large one so it's not a new or unknown to them. I spent all but 4K and I had to take my own trash out bring my dirty towels / linens down to exchange and the free breakfast was a sure miss as well. Was not as pictured at all. I was dirty and the smell of pot was everywhere. Positive note the mattresses were comfortable. Should of taken photos but I was there for business and waiting for my home to be completed so I just didn't have the time.

This is the dirtiest extended stay i have ever been to the walls are full of dried food. Unfortunately i will be here 6 more nights this is night one .The furniture has dried food all on the counters and microwave. The fridge was dirty on the outside and inside . The bathroom has black mold coming out of the tiles. There housekeeping staff should be fired. The health department should be called in. There is no reason why rooms are this filthy. The dishwasher is so dirty that you cant even use it. Items in the room hasnt been dusted in who knows how long. Unfortunately me and my family are currently homeless. This is were we ended up and the room is non refundable. I have really bad allergies and so i am stuffy and itchy eyes i am sure is do to the mold . I currently have a blood clot in my lungs and i cannot afford you have respiratory issues because of this. Corporate needs to step in asap .
