Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.
Advance Payment Policy
Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

Once you find the reservation you want to cancel, select "Cancel" and then "Yes" to confirm your cancellation. To cancel an AP or EPP reservation, please call the hotel directly.
Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.

Refresh Service: You may purchase a Refresh Service for $5 per service. Refresh service includes: replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, making bed with existing linens, and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed.

Check In / Check Out Check-in time for arriving guests begins at 3 p.m. Check-out time for departing guests is 11 a.m.
For guests staying fewer than 7 nights, a valid credit card is required for payment.
Stayed here for 3 months at the beginning of 2024. The rooms have some "miles" on them but are kept very clean. The onsite laundry was a lifesaver along with having a small gym. Did not use the pool but it sure looks pretty. But the best part is the staff. They are so patient with everyone and very welcoming. Anytime we needed anything they were always ready and willing to help out. Even if you just needed to chat with someone for a few minutes there was always an ear available.
I'd just like to simply say, the next time you need a place to stay, just go with ESA!

Only 1 lounge chair to use at the pool, all others wear just chairs. Breakfast had only sugary items except plain instant oatmeal. Just prepackaged muffins and granola. No fruit, juice, eggs, toaster, cereal, or milk. Just sugar. Room was clean and staff were incredibly nice. The room was clean and good for the stay. Was also quiet.

The location is convenient however as you enter you could notice a million air freshener hanging, come to find out the place smells real funky literally, it smells old n musky we all left with stuffy nose. The br told lid was broken the bedside lamps did not work n the furniture r old. Also the i had to flush several times before the toilet was really flushed the toilet was really old. The water really smell too n there was a scent coming from the br i think it could b the plumbing system.The lady at the front desk was pleasant. It was quite an experience.

First time staying in this hotel. I only needed something for one night and wanted to keep it cheap. Starting with the positives, it was in a decent area and the staff was very friendly. Parking was also easy. The bed was also pretty comfortable. I have stayed in much worse hotels so I really didn't think this hotel deserved less than a 4 star. My biggest issues with the room was that due to the hotel being older and the furniture not being updated in awhile, the room did smell weird. There was also damage to the shower head so when the water was on it shot water out from the top of the shower head, onto the ceiling, and then onto the floor. Ants also came very quickly. I was only in the hotel room from 9 pm to 7 am the next morning and I left one packaged food item on the counter, by the morning ants were all over it. The room itself was relatively clean. I always bring lysol spray and wipes myself to do a quick wipe down and the only thing I found dirty was the bathroom sink. I mean you get what you pay for but it was not a terrible hotel in my opinion. If you are on a budget and don't mind an old fashion place, I would try this place out. Out of all the cheaper hotels I viewed in the area, this one was one of the higher ratings as well.
