The best I can say about this place is that it’s very clean and the staff is cheerful and friendly. The room was nice enough, but the window was open and required brute force from both the desk clerk and myself simultaneously to close it. The mini kitchen is not pre-stocked in any way- you have to request stuff from the desk, and the standard set provided contains only one spoon, two forks and one knife, one plate, no bowls. The so-called grab-and-go breakfast has NO real coffee (only decaf, in the form of instant powder), hot water, packets of oatmeal, cocoa, and teabags. None of the promised pastries. We had to make our oatmeal in coffee cups.
The location near I-94 is convenient, but if we hadn’t been able to close the window, it would have been way too noisy for sleeping.
Definitely not worth what they are charging for it.

Would not recommend staying here unless absolutely necessary. Staff is generally pretty helpful but the whole hotel smells like cigarette smoke, the rooms are dingy (why was my carpet sticky?), and the amenities are virtually nonexistent. The free breakfast is a pop tart and some coffee. But there is a pretty decent restaurant across the parking lot.

I was a little hesitant because some of the negative reviews, but decided to stay here while in between apartments. The rooms are VERY clean. I worked in a hotel for a decade and it is obvious they do a very thorough cleaning for each room.
The floors wiped clean with a paper towel (not typical), the bathroom and kitchen were spotless, the mattress was clean and very comfortable. We stayed in the king deluxe suite, and it was more than enough space for our family to spread out and relax.
Omer was the employee whom we dealt with for a tour, check-in, and extending our stay. Omer is honestly the best! He is so friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone at the front desk was kind and helpful, but shout out to Omer for everything! We really appreciate it.
If we ever need a place in Skokie again, I will definitely be back here. It’s half the price of the surrounding hotels and very well-maintained.

The rooms are DISGUSTING floor dirty roach crawling on wall (I HAVE PHOTOS OF EVERYTHING)dirty sheets its bed bugs here !! Woke up the next morning and my child was covered in bites went downstairs to complain when I overheard the general manager Crystal saying she was "glad" an employee quit! Also over heard her saying that it's limited housekeepers because they all quit WHAT!! this is unacceptable to talk about in the open and very inappropriate to speak about former employees in a way this was no private conversation! She was also very rude when I mentioned the bug bites and refuse to refund me I will be taking my concer to the health department and corporate I will also be calling the police during my stay I witnessed 3 drug transactions in the building I'm confused how this place is still operating!!! The assistant manager shaquita was pleasant with great hospitality but Crystal is a huge issue!! This place and this manage needs to be investigated
