Extended Stay America provides accessibility features for our guests with disabilities. Accessible features available include but are not limited to:
Access from site arrival points to the hotel entrance, including pedestrian paths to travel and curb cuts where needed.
Accessible parking for vans and standard automobiles, including proper striping and signage
Accessible access aisles.
An accessible entrance with sufficient door width and level landings.
An accessible registration counter.
Accessible guest rooms.

Guests who have mobility disabilities may request bed frame removal to lower the surface of the bed. A guest with a mobility disability should provide the request for bed frame removal no later than forty-eight (48) hours in advance of check-in. If a guest with a mobility disability does not provide forty-eight (48) hours’ advanced notice for bed frame removal accommodation, then the guest’s request for bed frame removal shall be accommodated within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of request by hotel management. Pet Policy
Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.
Advance Payment Policy
Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

Once you find the reservation you want to cancel, select "Cancel" and then "Yes" to confirm your cancellation. To cancel an AP or EPP reservation, please call the hotel directly.
Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.

Refresh Service: You may purchase a Refresh Service for $5 per service. Refresh service includes: replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, making bed with existing linens, and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed.

Too many roaches. We did not feel safe at this place. Terrible experience. The room felt gross. Basically no maintenance was done on the building and what things were repaired were done terribly. The staff's cleaning was poorly done.

I paid online and they said nothing about 50 dollar deposit. The guy told me he couldn’t waive any more fee because he already did it and then was very rude about it. Yall should have on your website something about a deposit so that people can plan accordingly.

!! I do not recommend unless you're absolutely desperate !!
Stayed for 2 nights for the eclipse but left early due to bedbugs.
First night we were woken up around 4am to the sound of water. We look in the bathroom and the upstairs shower leaks straight into the tub below it, and it's not just a drip. It is A LOT of water. The room and bathroom is always humid because water is just sitting in the walls. (Mold Risk)
Second night around 11pm my spouse sees a bug next to my head. And upon searching we found 4 bed bugs (1 dead) actively crawling on the bed or underneath the fitted sheet.
We packed up and left immediately, and while the staff was kind, we were informed that we probably wouldn't get a refund of any kind because we were there past check-in.
Note: The workers were nothing but kind, the lowered stars is from the company's service.
We did book with our credit card's travel portal, and they were kind enough to do the dirty work for us and get us a refund from the hotel. But I suggest you find somewhere else to stay. I also suggest you watch Mark Rober's video on bedbugs so you know what to do if you encounter bedbugs.
Other Notes:
1. Absolutely no sound barriers. You can hear everything....EVERYTHING.
2. Breakfast is coffee and instant oatmeal packets. Maybe plastic wrapped muffins.
3. Everything is outdated so everything is a little gross looking. When we looked at the mattress when looking for the bugs, you could see a lot of stains on the mattress, dirty chairs, sticky floors, old appliances. Etc.

By far, the best extended stay hotel I've ever been to honestly. The staff made the stay so easy. Trae was such a great help! Lakeisha was so very professional. Mr. Ken was very friendly and well organized. Tusan was very kind as well. I will definitely tell my friends and family about this location. Thank you!!
