Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.

Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.

Stayed for 4 days, room was nice. Parking isn’t very good though it fills up fast so you have to park around back.

From appearances, the hotel looks great from the outside. One would think it would also look great on the inside. Wrong. Check in was easy. The elevator looks outdated and like it could fall any minute, so I took the stairs for the rest of my trip. I booked through a company travel portal and sometimes they automatically book you the ADA hotel rooms…I’m not sure why they do that but they do. Upon entering my room I am greeted with this nasty but very faint marijuana smell. And just at the entrance. The bathroom amenities did not have any shampoo just a bar of soap for your body. The ac worked just fine, I didn’t see any bugs in my room. One off putting thing was that the room had popcorn ceiling. The windows were easy to open and you could probably pop off the screen. Even though I didn’t see bugs, I did feel itchy and gross being in the room and sleeping in the bed. The shower curtain rod in the bathroom was tilted and was being held up by hopes and dreams. Overall the hotel needs a complete remodel and update.
Regarding the staff, they were real friendly on check out and it seems they care enough to try and keep that hotel from falling apart.
Hotel amenities wise….For the size of the place I would imagine a kitchen with a whole breakfast to at least make up for the outdated look of the place. Maybe in the renovation?
Overall if you’re staying overnight for construction reasons and not there on vacation then you’ll survive. But if this is your overnight stay because you’re on vacation, then consider elsewhere because you get what you pay for.

Very rude and hostile management. Definitely has no communicative skills and Definitely not someone that you can expect to treat u with some level of respect.
I dont think the humiliation he made me feel was necessary that man is beyond rude he made me feel like I was looking for a handout when I repeatedly told him I wasn't looking for a refund or a free night all I wanted was for him to hear me out and honor what his employee had told me he would do for me.

I am VERY dissatisfied with my booking of this hotel. We made the drive from Northern California, and when booking, I specifically stated I would arrive between 12am and 1am. When I arrived to check in, I was informed my room had been "given away" since I was a "no show." I paid ahead of time for my room!!!! They took my money and said sorry we don't have rooms. The gentleman who was at the front desk tried to help and find a place, but due to the strong winds, the area was having many flights were canceled so we were out of luck. Then the guy suggested we stay in one of their out of service rooms... what choice did we have! Very unpleasant. I requested a refund and have yet to get a call back!
