The hotel pictures and reality are complete opposites. Either the day they were built or amazing photoshop edits, this hotel is nothing like the picture you see. The hotel was a hot mess from the moment you enter. There were food boxes, empty bottles, even dirty used napkins on the floor. We stood for around 10 minutes to checkin as there was no one at front desk, finally the employee came, but they didn’t have keys available, we were asked to come ask for keys the next day, and meanwhile the employee walked us to our room and told us not to leave for the night until we have keys the following day. Only one elevator works the other one broken, so it takes forever to get to your floor as it’s slow and you’re just waiting. The hallways were smelly, not food smelly, bad smelly. The room itself was very disappointing. The walls and furniture was completely scuffed up, I have attached some example pictures. It’s bad. The floor must have been cleaned in a hurry as the anywhere on the sides against the wall was filthy. The toilet was chipped, hair against the edges of the whole bathroom, and there was moldy grime in the tiles. Only one small soap bar was given, and the tray to put it had residue of the soap from previous travels caked on. The bed was clean but has no blanket. You have a sheet, and a comforter cover, the cover has no actual comforter inside it, so it’s basically two sheets. So you have the option to either sweat or freeze, next to impossible to be comfortable, so horrible sleep. Meanwhile the TV had no remote, we searched and searched the room everywhere, there was no remote, and when we went downstairs to ask again there was no one at the front desk. The rooms don’t have phones inside so we couldn’t even call the front desk. All in all we were disgusted the entire time we were there. Took a lot of mental preparation to go back to the room each night and led to us staying away as long as possible so we can just get back inside and immediately try to sleep. We tried switching hotels, but there was some tournament happening in the city so there was no last minute hotels available. I can’t bring myself to ever stay at an extended stay ever again. When we finally came home, immediately tossed every article of clothing into the was and spent an hour washing my body, as I couldn’t get the images of the hotel out my mind.

I had made a reservation for a family room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed and paid at front while making the reservation online. But to my surprise, when I reached to the room I ended up having only one king bed in the room. I requested to the hotel representative at the front desk for accommodation but she was unable to help us out providing room as we reserved. I had booked the room one day in advance and the didn’t inform me about any unavailability or changes that they would make until I figured it out getting into the room. It was already too late night and my kids were tired of the day long conference and that they to take rest for the night. I’m very dissatisfied by the way you deal with the people. They put 3 of my kids my wife and myself in a single bed over night. Can you imagine? How we might have spent the night without having any rest? And my kids had to attend a conference the next day! Your practice of deceiving customers by charging money for the service that you didn’t leave a very bad impression on your business.
I would not recommend anyone and I will spread out about this ill management about this hotel Extended Stay America on all possible social media.
That was a very bad experience with this hotel!!!!

Dated…tv didn’t work, remote didn’t work, second night people knocking on our door and running, kids running and yelling in the hall, people yelling and fighting in the hall until 4:30-5 in the morning. Seem like a place where people live and quite possibly charge by the hour. The best part was having the public bathrooms next to our room so we could use it as a second bathroom. Not enough towels were in the room and no washcloths. I do not recommend ever staying at this place!
