Guests who have mobility disabilities may request bed frame removal to lower the surface of the bed. Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.
Advance Payment Policy
Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

To cancel a reservation, please find the reservation you want to cancel by going to "My Stays" on your Extended Perks account page or by clicking here to find your reservation. Once you find the reservation you want to cancel, select "Cancel" and then "Yes" to confirm your cancellation. To cancel an AP or EPP reservation, please call the hotel directly.
Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.

For stays of eight (8+) or more nights: One Full Service housekeeping is provided each week. Additional Housekeeping Options For Purchase

Refresh Service: You may purchase a Refresh Service for $5 per service. Refresh service includes: replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, making bed with existing linens, and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed.

Extended Stay is a great hotel for the price... Considering that many other, lesser hotels in the area charge similar prices for bug-ridden, rundown rooms where crackheads trawl the parking lots. Extended Stay provides nice, clean and comfortable accommodations for the traveler on a budget. All that being said, be aware that prices fluctuate at random. I had to extend my stay (lol) by two days unexpectedly, one day at a time... The first extension I was charged 140$ for one night, and the following day it was 110. I can't say what makes the prices fluctuate but I would just say to be wary if you are unsure if you'll need to stay longer.
In addition, I had a very bizarre and unusual problem while here this time. I've never had any issues here in the past and this would still be my top choice for a hotel; however, this time something really strange happened. The fire alarm went off arbitrarily. This would be no big deal if it was only once. But it happened twice. Two days in a row. I don't know if somebody pulled the alarm or maybe it was triggered by someone smoking (not allowed) or cooking in their room. Nevertheless, it was an alarming (pun intended) and strange hindrance. One minute you're lounging in your room and the next minute you're scrambling to gather your things and get outside. Thankfully, there was never an actual fire, but it just boggles my mind how this could happen twice in a row for no apparent reason. If I had to guess I'd say maybe some rowdy kids or a prankster? But either way it's a bit ridiculous...
This may not be the Ritz Carlton, but it's nice enough and I'd expect some peace and quiet still for the price you're paying. That was not my experience here this time. I'm not going to dock them too many stars because they have been historically good and the front desk staff are friendly and accommodating; but that being said, I still don't quite understand what happened this time and it makes me a bit wary to stay here again in the future.

2 nights 3 days. Traveled from Miami for a friend's son untimely death. Only surprise was the had only one bed and if was a full sized bed or a small queen. There were 3 of us, at any rate we made it work. Breakfast was available 6:30am till 9am, I'd call it a less than continental breakfast but it was something to jump start the morning. Location was excellent, with a Walmart in super close walking distance. Bacon, eggs, cheese n grits were cooked in the very accommodated kitchenette!!!! I really have zero complaints. I would recommend and stay again.

We stayed at the Extended Stay America Hotel for Spring Break near Orlando. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. The TV had a vast selection of channels to keep us entertained. Plenty of snacks and drinks at the vending machines and nearby restaurants. The location was perfect and the hotel staff were warm and welcoming. The price for our stay was decent also. Definitely would come back again!
