Access from site arrival points to the hotel entrance, including pedestrian paths to travel and curb cuts where needed.

Guests who have mobility disabilities may request bed frame removal to lower the surface of the bed. If a guest with a mobility disability does not provide forty-eight (48) hours’ advanced notice for bed frame removal accommodation, then the guest’s request for bed frame removal shall be accommodated within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of request by hotel management. If the forty-eight (48) hour period falls on a holiday or weekend, hotel staff will accommodate the request within seventy-two (72) hours.

Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.
Advance Payment Policy
Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

To cancel a reservation, please find the reservation you want to cancel by going to "My Stays" on your Extended Perks account page or by clicking here to find your reservation. Once you find the reservation you want to cancel, select "Cancel" and then "Yes" to confirm your cancellation. To cancel an AP or EPP reservation, please call the hotel directly.
Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.

We also take our commitment to the environment very seriously and strive to freshen up without wasting our natural resources unnecessarily. Towards this common goal, housekeeping services are scheduled based on the number of nights you will be staying with us. Additional full or refresh services are available as outlined below.

Refresh Service: You may purchase a Refresh Service for $5 per service. Refresh service includes: replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, making bed with existing linens, and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed.

Check In / Check Out Check-in time for arriving guests begins at 3 p.m. Check-out time for departing guests is 11 a.m.
For guests staying fewer than 7 nights, a valid credit card is required for payment.
Just got my new reservation for my stay here. I am back again. I even got the same room as before. The room has a kitchenette so I can cook and relax for the evening. The room is very clean and pleasant. The manager, Jen, helped with the reservation and she did it very quickly. Mona was at the from desk with her and she was very friendly and upbeat. We have stayed here before and have met a lot of the staff and they, Cora, Omar, Marge, Ivan, Precy, Kian, Ding, May, Richie (Maintenance), have all been so attentive and helpful. If we have any problems, whoever is on duty proptly helps us take care of them.

Roaches and Spiders and Gnats! Oh My!!!!

Have I made it clear?
Due to a booking issue at another hotel, we found ourselves looking for a place at 11pm. I had seen this listed on all the major booking sites and the pics looked great and the prices seemed reasonable...
Now that I'm here, I don't know howblong ago these pics were taken or maybe even what other property the pictures were hijacked from, but it couldn't be more of a lie. The place it filthy! From the moment you walk in the doors you see unkempt conditions, but you'll probably be immediately relaxed by the strong aromatherapy (Marijuana) filling the hallways... on every floor. If you make it past that, and it later in the evening, you encounter the most stupid and unconventional "reception" practices you've ever seen at a hotel! The closed window has a sign that reads after 10pm you need to use the "red phone" for immediate assistance. LIE. My children and I had to sit on dirty luggage carts while we were told to go on line and make a booking, then we would be assisted. I did that because I felt like a subpar parent for the late hour and already one botched reservation elsewhere...eventually a young lady came out to the outter foyer and let us in. Finally once we got to our room, we found 1 super small bistro table that was broken and 1 very stained office chair placed at the table. The chair has years of food ground into the fabric! The pullout love seat had no linens at all, and they finally have me some but all were covered in African American hair, like it had worked its way into the weaves of the towels And sheets. After making the beds and the kids showers, I got everyone in bed. I was feeling quite dirty so once they were asleep, I went into the dark bathroom to shower myself. As soon as I flipped the light on... you guessed it a few Roaches went scattering! I killed 2 and while wiping that mess, I found and endless supply of hair, lots caught in old spider webs in the corners. There is also months worth of toothpaste splatter on the mirror.
Gross, not worth a plug nickel.

Common areas Dirty. Rooms seem ok . Needs updates, repairs. No one at desk. Have to call from a phone at entrance. Room we booked only slept 3 when I received 4. Got to a diff room finally. Then there was 1 bar soap and 2 towels for 4 people. Had to call again- takes a while to someone. Then had to walk down to entrance area to get.
