Guests who have mobility disabilities may request bed frame removal to lower the surface of the bed. A guest with a mobility disability should provide the request for bed frame removal no later than forty-eight (48) hours in advance of check-in. If a guest with a mobility disability does not provide forty-eight (48) hours’ advanced notice for bed frame removal accommodation, then the guest’s request for bed frame removal shall be accommodated within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of request by hotel management. If the forty-eight (48) hour period falls on a holiday or weekend, hotel staff will accommodate the request within seventy-two (72) hours.

Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.
Advance Payment Policy
Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

To cancel a reservation, please find the reservation you want to cancel by going to "My Stays" on your Extended Perks account page or by clicking here to find your reservation. Once you find the reservation you want to cancel, select "Cancel" and then "Yes" to confirm your cancellation. To cancel an AP or EPP reservation, please call the hotel directly.
Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.

Refresh Service: You may purchase a Refresh Service for $5 per service. Refresh service includes: replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, making bed with existing linens, and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed.

Check In / Check Out Check-in time for arriving guests begins at 3 p.m. Check-out time for departing guests is 11 a.m.

cannot express enough how amazing the staff at Extended Stay America (Deerwood Park) is. They deserve 10 stars for their exceptional service, professionalism and attention to detail. The managers run a tight ship, ensuring that cleanliness and professionalism is maintained at all times. Miss Kay, the assistant manager, is truly outstanding. She handles a variety of tasks, from scrubbing and mopping to folding laundry and servicing check-ins, all while treating each and every customer with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. As someone who travels frequently throughout the East Coast, I always check the reviews before booking at an Extended Stay, and this one is by far the cleanest and most professional I have ever stayed in. The lobby is immaculate, with the fresh scent of a rose garden and the tile floor so clean you can see your reflection. Thank you, Extended Stay, for your exceptional cleanliness, hospitality, courtesy and professionalism. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

In my 25 years in the hospitality industry, this is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. My friend, her 17-year-old daughter, and I rode into Jacksonville on our motorcycles to attend an event we have been attending every year for the past 10 years. There were over 600 people at this event and were all staying in surrounding hotels. When we first checked in, we asked if it were possible to have our rooms close together, the front desk lady said no, they had already been assigned. Didn't even bother to look to see if it was possible. This was strike #1. Then she proceeded to say they do not have any housekeeping, we are there for 4 days with no housekeeping? Strike#2. I got to my room and it was a Handicap accessible room. This was not disclosed to me as I would have declined and asked for a regular room. I just lost my mother a year ago and This triggered me in a big way! Strike #3. I checked the room and it was disgusting. The bathroom door was being held open by the cord of the Television, the bathroom had no vanity, and I had to put my toiletries on the floor. The shower curtain rod was all rusty and the shower head was bad with limescale. The towels were stained as well as the carpet. The lamp in the "living room" didn't work. The stove didn't work as well as the kitchen vent and light did not work. The refrigerator door handle looked like it had been chewed on. There were no dishes or glasses, no cookware or anything. Not even a coffee pot. In my friend's room, we were getting her daughter ready on the sleeper sofa. Went to pull out the bed and the whole thing was broken. No mattress and two couch cushions were stuffed inside to give it support just to sit on. Their carpet was also stained as well as stained towels. Her daughter had to stay in my room, which was fine, however, what if I wasn't there? The front desk lady said maintenance would have to look at it tomorrow. Where would the poor kid have slept? The next day the maintenance guy came in to look at the couch and said, Oh yeah, that couch is broken!! They should have given you a rollaway bed. Was never given this option! He brought a rollaway for her for the next night. Day #3 we ran out of toilet paper. Went to the front desk and Asked for some Toilet paper and the response was, We are out too! Not, I do apologize but we are waiting on a shipment. Nothing! Just, So are we. Very rude! This is a health violation to not have toilet paper in a hotel! We were told there would be a continental breakfast, it was watered-down coffee, a bag of instant grits, and a bag of instant oatmeal. We go to our event on Saturday morning and come back later in the early evening and we are very tired. We get to our rooms and NONE of our keys work to get in. Back to the front desk. They deactivated our keys for SOME odd reason, so the Same rude person had to reactivate our keys. Every floor smelled like marijuana as well. Day 4, Check out day, The assistant Manager comes to the door with fresh towels and... you guessed it, toilet paper. I told her, well we don't need it now, we are leaving in 10 minutes. She apologized but at this point, it is way too late for apologies. Strike after strike after strike, I will NEVER stay at this location ever again and I will be sure to let the people know for next year not to stay there as well!
