Guests who have mobility disabilities may request bed frame removal to lower the surface of the bed. Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.
Advance Payment Policy
Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.

Refresh Service: You may purchase a Refresh Service for $5 per service. Refresh service includes: replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, making bed with existing linens, and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed.

Absolutely disgusting of a place. We arrived and we're told they overbooked. Refused to provide refund.
After much back and forth she "found one" only to find out it was filthy and appeared to be occupied still.
Then found "another one" (even though overbooked supposedly). Had NO LIGHTS! When I went back for a FOURTH time after arguing back and forth she went completely MIA abandoning myself and two other guests who had issues.
Never stayed a single night. Never got a refund. This place is absolutely the most disgusting place in the world.

I was completely disappointed in my experience at this hotel. As a single father I expect to be treated with dignity and respect. The room was filthy. The water barely ran and at one point they completely shut off our water without warning. Only to have it come back on without hot water. My son and I need hot and proper running water. At first staff seemed pleasant and welcoming. After a couple of days their true colors shown through. I got turned around one night and had a horrible interaction with the security guard, if you can even call him that. I pleaded with this individual to open the door because the key card slot wasn’t functioning properly. He was a foot away from me and continued to poke fun and laugh at my inconvenience. He appeared to be under the influence of some kind of narcotics. Eventually he opened the door and I was not happy. He threatened me with violence and accused me of assaulting a young woman. He even went as far as saying I was using racial slurs targeting African Americans. This is completely ridiculous because I myself and my family are in fact black. I proceeded to report this security guard’s atrocious behavior to the front desk. Only to have the said security guard approach me from the rear with weapon like hand tools. The front desk attendant went and “investigated” the situation. While the front desk woman was gone “investigating” the security guard continued to harass me. Accusing me of stealing tools and being a racist. When the front desk lady returned they both started to verbally assault me. They stated that they were all family members and that I was basically nothing and I had no rights. Threatened to have the general manager have me removed from the property at once. The security guard smiled a grinned at the idea of physically assaulting me. Apparently the general manager is also a family member. This was so unprofessional. I tried to report these staff members and there was nobody that wasn’t a family member to contact. Worse experience at an extended stay ever. I actually cancelled my upcoming reservation because of how horrible my stay here was.

WARNING!!!! Please do not book with this hotel! This was our first time staying here and it is the worst hotel experience we have ever had! From the moment we walked in the front desk lady was rude. She does not need to be working if she can’t treat guest respectfully. We also saw her being rude and not helpful, when an elderly guest asked for toilet paper in her room, which she did not get. This is absolutely unacceptable. The manger needs to fire the front desk receptionist immediately. The room smelt awful, so many stains everywhere, very dirty, and we did not feel comfortable even getting under the bed sheets. We also did not even have PILLOWS! What kind of hotel has NO PILLOWS! Even when we asked the front desk lady if we could please have pillows, she said “no” and was rude to us again! The bare minimum a hotel should have is PILLOWS and TOLIET PAPER! If they can not provide this, they should be shut down! I hope this review helps anyone thinking about booking here to not make the same mistake we did. Save your money and book a nice hotel.

LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS! DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE! Worst hotel experience ever! The front desk lady needs to be FIRED I do not see how she has a job. We had NO PILLOWS in our hotel room and they refused to give us any! The bare minimum...we could look past the terrible smell, our broken restroom faucet that kept dripping all night, stains everywhere in the room but NO PILLOWS? There was an elder lady asking for TOLIET PAPER from the front desk lady and she refused to give her any.. Do yourself a favor and run as far away as you can from this place! You are better off sleeping in your car than giving this place a cent. It should be shut down.
