Pet Policy
Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.
Advance Payment Policy
Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

To cancel a reservation, please find the reservation you want to cancel by going to "My Stays" on your Extended Perks account page or by clicking here to find your reservation. Once you find the reservation you want to cancel, select "Cancel" and then "Yes" to confirm your cancellation. To cancel an AP or EPP reservation, please call the hotel directly.
Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.

Refresh Service: You may purchase a Refresh Service for $5 per service. Refresh service includes: replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, making bed with existing linens, and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed.

This is a SAD place. I really hope you guys will find some peace in your lives.
The reason for this these people fraudulent charge me 250.00 dollars for a person smoking by the car. I found out this early morning hours before checkout. I cannot believe this, a staff member charge my card without alerting me. Their explanation after the affect was the person in question wasn't 100 to 200 feet away. I'm like what, the person is smoking the car out on the parking lot smoking.
I notice the management have staff members walking around trying find any and everything to place illegal ways to charge the guests. Apart from that, there are strangers walking asking for money. My daughter was afraid to smoke due to harassment from strangers lurking around the property but this establishment illegal charge me but this establishment can't control the homeless or criminals from lurking on the property. This establishment I believe hires illegal immigrants to work and live on the property taking advantage of dire situation these immigrants in. There is loud music and ramming of cars at night. I would suggest before selecting this hotel please come by this hotel day or night especially at night and judge for yourself. Some of their reviews have been paid for. Please save your money and look for other suitable arrangements.

I can't believe these people who manage this est. A clerk comes out to my daughter about smoking when she was out past the parking lot. They charge my credit card for $250.00 dollars for smoking past the parking lot. This hotel has people walking around lurking with badges around the hotel trying find any and everything to that you're fine on there customers, can you believe this. The reason is you aren't 100 to 200 feet away from the door. It is not stated in the check in process except smoking in the room, most people know that. I would evade this property like the plague. The homeless is walking around the property all day and night asking for money. They want there customers to be assaulted or harassed by strangers walking around from the Light Rail whom aren't living on the property. I believe they are hiring bussed in immigrants for a little to nothing taking odds job in order to live on property, taking advantage of these people. It would take you to stay here to believe these shenanigans. I think they do things to slap fines on the customers in to pay these pay these poor people or pocket the money. It is so sad to dupe customers out money just to make up what you call low rates. I tried speaking with the General Manager and the District manger but I couldn't locate anywhere who-so-ever to dispute this. Please save your money.

Don't recommend at all! Rooms are dirty and first room smelled like someone smoked a whole pack of cigarettes in it. 2nd room towels were dirty and good thing I brought my own. Floors were dirty, cabinets were peeling as in the face of them, tub was dirty looking, bathroom counter had burnt spots all over, the soft chair had stains on it, trash all over outside in bags infront of doors and stairs, dumpster overflowing, loud outside at night, kitchen sink driped all the time, table chairs were broken. Only good thing was there were no bed bugs or bugs of any kind.

My stay was very good, at the reception Pauline is very helpful. Try to help you in what is within your reach. Economic price and there are no problems. I wanted to report a lost object... a blue knife in room 208 on Monday, April 29. Near the hotel you have a 7 eleven left and there is the bus stop

They have the best rates in town and are in a great location, right next to the train. Stellar staff, Theresa, Polly, Andrea, and the rest of the crew are always pleasant, patient, and accommodating, even with the most unruly of guests. Convenient and comfy, I highly recommend this hotel for one night or one month, you won't be disappointed.
