Access from site arrival points to the hotel entrance, including pedestrian paths to travel and curb cuts where needed.

Guests who have mobility disabilities may request bed frame removal to lower the surface of the bed. Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.

Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

We got there and there was no hot water so i went to the front desk they said they needed to restart the boiler we was there for 2 days with ice water there was no pots for the kitchen that we ask too the service was horrible but the location was nice and finely a worker told us the truth the boiler waster broken , I don't like to give reviews like this but front desk handle the situation very poorly just need more improvement and more communication with the guest because it isn't cheap every night to stay but not having hot water heater is not pleasant when the weather was 50° outside. Plus there are not guest bathrooms either . Not good .

I came to this hotel just for one day. Open arrival around 8:30am we were told that our room was not ready and we had to wait until 3:00pm to get the room. This was definitely aggravating for me because i was tired from the trip all night to get to this hotel on time. They said they could get the room ready by 12. After coming back to the hotel to get our room, their internet was down and left people in the lobby waiting for hours. I got my room luckily however, it was on the first floor and only had one bed. I payed for a room on the top floor with 2 beds in the room. I went to bring this up with the lobby and I was told that they had booked all the rooms and could not move us. The room we had was dirty, filled with spiders, and the lights flickered constantly. At one point I tried to turn on the light and it did not turn on. I had to fix the light myself with the circuit breaker in the room. I have experience with tripped breakers so i knew how to fix this. However this can be very dangerous for people who do not know how to use them. The bathroom floor of this room was disgusting, i had to put towels down to shower. there are carpets in the room and me and my mother both have allergies to them, costumer service still did not do anything about our situation. On the bedding, there were many stains and dirt on the blankets. Besides all of this the location was great because the event I had to go to was at the Hilton right next to the hotel. Honestly I should have stayed there instead. We were woken up at 11am by customer service telling us to leave. We were never told that we had to leave at the time and we had booked the room for the whole day. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Rooms are gross and customer service was rude.

I was in town for 5 days for work today rooms are big beds comfy! Hernica Pierre (TL) & Claudia Canales (GSR) made my stay very pleasant both ladies are kind & great at their job from the time I checked in both went above & beyond to make sure my needs were met while staying at this property!

I live out of state and my family lives in this area so I come visit quite often. This is my go to hotel when I’m here. The management, front desk staff, housekeeping staff and maintenance have always been friendly and helpful during my stays. This hotel is especially great for staying for a longer period of time because of the kitchenette in each room.

Refrigerators, stove top, cooking utensils. kitchen sink, microwave. Tossters coffee pots, silverware, so much more! Its almost like home..cause home is always best.
But extended stay will accomidate while there.
