Access from site arrival points to the hotel entrance, including pedestrian paths to travel and curb cuts where needed.

Guests who have mobility disabilities may request bed frame removal to lower the surface of the bed. Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.
Advance Payment Policy
Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

Refresh Service: You may purchase a Refresh Service for $5 per service. Refresh service includes: replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, making bed with existing linens, and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed.

Check In / Check Out Check-in time for arriving guests begins at 3 p.m. Check-out time for departing guests is 11 a.m.
For guests staying fewer than 7 nights, a valid credit card is required for payment.
The room and public areas were clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was kind and welcoming. All in all our stay met our expectations. The only thing was that the halls did consistently smell of smoke, which doesn’t really bother me but may bother others as it is supposed to be a smoke free facility.

So the reason why I give a one star rating for my service because March 18 I checked into my room and paid a 108 deposit March 19 I checked out now remind you in the process of me going downstairs to turn in my key card I asked the young lady who was working the 7am shift “hi how does this process go? She looks at me like I’m crazy like I asked a crazy question so she says. (Ummmm I know my job I say why are you looking at me like that? It’s just a simple question because I paid a deposit and wants to know when I get my deposit back. She said I will go to the box and check the key card that was returned and the only reason why I asked her that is because it was a few key cards are already in the box, so I did not know if she knew which ones was checked out or not yet remind you guys I is so professional I see you know what I said OK you said 5 to 7 days so something tells me to call today to figure out if my payment has been reversed lol no payment was never reversed so meanwhile, while I was waiting a whole week for a deposit, she never pressed the reverse button the reason why I’m taking the time is because now and days these young folks they play with people time and money. I work hard for my money and I will not tolerate childish stupidity behavior sunny is the lady name

I have never ever stayed in an Extended Stay America that did not have the stove top, and had I known ahead of time that this hotel didn't have it, I would not have stayed. They offered me a freaking plug in hot plate, cooking range that I couldn't even use because of the type of pan I travel with. So, I ended up have to find another hotel. I'm a year round traveler and that stove top is a necessity for someone who has to cook more than I eat out because of my hypertension... Also, this was the only extended stay that ever charged me a security deposit, $108.00. Next, the water pressure in this hotel is so weak, and how is the whole laundry room out of order? That was a serious inconvenience. Other than that, the hotel is clean and all the employees are real nice.

Couldn't tell it wasn't brand new. Really clean. Couldn't believe the price. Fridge big enough for a home, huge microwave. Only gripe was the sparse breakfast and the big beautiful indoor pool wasn't heated.
