Guests who have mobility disabilities may request bed frame removal to lower the surface of the bed. Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.
Advance Payment Policy
Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

Once you find the reservation you want to cancel, select "Cancel" and then "Yes" to confirm your cancellation. To cancel an AP or EPP reservation, please call the hotel directly.
Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.

Refresh Service: You may purchase a Refresh Service for $5 per service. Refresh service includes: replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, making bed with existing linens, and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed.

Check In / Check Out Check-in time for arriving guests begins at 3 p.m. Check-out time for departing guests is 11 a.m.

We were happy with our room from our first impression. But the longer we stayed the more the room and building started revealing its true colors. Our floor lamp literally fell apart when my wife went to move it to better light up the living room area. Our sink in the kitchen and bathroom were both leaking under the cabinets and mold had taken over both areas. We had told the girl at the front desk about both issues and she said she would put in a service request, but we never had any response from hotel staff and when we did check out (about 5-6 days after reporting that set of health hazards) the hotel staff still never followed up with us regarding the conditions of the room. We had also noticed plenty of mold and fungus growing in the ac unit and the bathroom and tub also. I would have mentioned the mold and fungus in the other areas to the maintenance people if the would have come to the room to fulfill the service request. But again days passed with no response. In addition to the health hazards, the hot plate surface / electric burner was not working. We were able to clean the exhaust fan and remove all the gunk off of it so it kinda worked after that. But the room was not maintained and not cleaned well over the years is how it looked to us. I was happy with the bed , (king mattress) and the size of the room was definitely efficient for myself, my wife,and dogs. Being that we were in town for work we did not hang out there much but no bags and collection areas for pet waste and disposal. Laundry rooms were clean and open 24-7 staff seemed nice but gave us a different guests package during our stay. We returned it the next morning when staff came pounding on the door like we had stolen it. I was charged an additional fee of $47 for requesting a late check out without any notice or indication there was a fee. I was also then charged $187 for an additional night when we decided to stay an extra night. The manager said she would give us the rate we had been paying which was about $75-$80 a night but when we were out shopping we tried to call and confirm the room and were told to call back a few times before the charges appeared on my statement. Needless to say I was pissed for the unauthorized drastically higher rate that was billed to my card which was never given to the hotel as a card on file nor was it used for any payments when booking the only time I had given my card info was to pay the one time pet fee for the week and they had taken down my info without disclosing it to me and used it for payment without my knowledge and now I'm curious if it was used for other things because I've gotten notifications saying card declined at the hotel and other businesses and one is a dba account. But after our check out I had an attempted charge of &36 something and another for $42 something which was again never authorized. I had tried to resolve with the hotel staff only to get a response of nonsense and deal making to resolve the unlawful charges and cover their butts without having to remove the charges and never any apology or accountability for abusing the trust of guests and putting faith in the staff that my financial information is protected from abuse. Rather than fight it we decided to cut losses , and get away from the situation. If the issues were addressed and any response would have been given I would not be so upset with the entire stay but now I would just recommend finding different accommodations and avoiding the hotel all together.
Overall, I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend you book a room here.

We love it here and don’t understand all the bad reviews. Unbelievably good price for the fantastic location and great amenities, dog friendly, and awesome staff. We planned on staying for a week, but with the RV out of commission ended up booking for a full month.
