Extended Stay America provides accessibility features for our guests with disabilities. Accessible features available include but are not limited to:
Access from site arrival points to the hotel entrance, including pedestrian paths to travel and curb cuts where needed.
Accessible parking for vans and standard automobiles, including proper striping and signage
Accessible access aisles.
An accessible entrance with sufficient door width and level landings.
An accessible registration counter.

Guests who have mobility disabilities may request bed frame removal to lower the surface of the bed. A guest with a mobility disability should provide the request for bed frame removal no later than forty-eight (48) hours in advance of check-in. If a guest with a mobility disability does not provide forty-eight (48) hours’ advanced notice for bed frame removal accommodation, then the guest’s request for bed frame removal shall be accommodated within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of request by hotel management. If the forty-eight (48) hour period falls on a holiday or weekend, hotel staff will accommodate the request within seventy-two (72) hours.

Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.
Advance Payment Policy
Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

To cancel a reservation, please find the reservation you want to cancel by going to "My Stays" on your Extended Perks account page or by clicking here to find your reservation. Once you find the reservation you want to cancel, select "Cancel" and then "Yes" to confirm your cancellation. To cancel an AP or EPP reservation, please call the hotel directly.
Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.

Check In / Check Out Check-in time for arriving guests begins at 3 p.m. Check-out time for departing guests is 11 a.m.
For guests staying fewer than 7 nights, a valid credit card is required for payment.
The front desk was so amazing to me! Took care of all my needs and were kind and quick to resolve problems! Aracely was especially helpful and made me feel very welcome. :)

This is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The toilet doesn't flush, you get to plunge it and try to fix their plumbing forget about them giving you a different room because there are numerous people living here. Get ready for fleas in your bed from previous people bringing their animals into their room and the cleaning to not be done properly. A joke of a breakfast grab area just nuts grain bars and bad coffee. Also have fun with the Wi-Fi that literally cuts out every 5 minutes and sometimes asks you to reply into it. Did I mention the extremely uncomfortable needs and non existent pillows. If I could give this hotel negative stats and put a sign out front saying don't stay here I would. Also since all the rooms have kitchens be ready to smell how bad people are at cooking it's so much fun you and your loved ones will be just begging to come back to this no amenities having garbage hotel.

Without notice me and my family had to relocate from Denver CO to SLC. We wouldn't have arrived until after 11pm and I was pretty stressed because i was worried I wouldn't be able to do a late check in, to get my family into a place for the night.
I called ahead and spoke with the GM Melissa. She honestly relieved soo much stress and was very accommodating with me and my family's situation.
When we arrived the check in process was fast and so efficient. The staff member was very nice and made checking in as smooth as possible. (Especially since we had just endured an 11 hour train ride with a 2 year old).
The room was and is still very clean and the water pressure in the bathroom and kitchen are really good and the room is very spacious for my toddler to be able to play and live in.
The breakfast is more of a grab and go. But that works perfectly for us since my toddler enjoys the muffins that they provide.
I have stayed here for a little over 3 weeks and I have had no issues with the staff or the property in general! I honestly don't think I could have picked a better place for my family as we are trying to build and repair our credit.

I do not recommend ever wasting your time booking with extended stay. They advertise their “amazing” options for extended stay bookings. They say they want this place to be your home away from home. But ironically enough fail to mention that the location doesn’t have a property manager to resolve problems guests may be experiencing. I had made the mistake of choosing this hotel for me and my 2 year old child, and booked my stay for over a month. Upon checking in I paid the full booking total equaling well over $1,500. Two days after being in my room I saw baby cockroaches. Immediately I tried transferring rooms because I didn’t feel comfortable or sanitary sleeping with cockroaches. When telling the staff I was told a manager would be reaching out and I would be moved rooms. After complaining about this problem several times and not staying at the hotel because they wouldn’t move me to a different room, I was told there wasn’t a manger overseeing the property until now, but Melissa is the new manger and just started working there. When getting back to my room to check on my personal property I saw another cockroach (in the middle of the day) I called the front desk so they could come see the cockroaches I was complaining about. Melissa was very polite and very nice she seemed like she wanted to help. After hours of cleaning and disinfecting so I didn’t bring cockroaches where ever I was going to stay I was promised a full refund. Upon trying to collect the promised refund I was then told they could refund $400 but the rest would have to go through their insurance. After calling everyday for two weeks telling Melissa that I have not heard from the insurance, I finally took it upon myself to verify she gave them my correct information. The information was not correct and did not match my booking information. I finally was contacted by the insurance company about 3.5 weeks after I was promised the refund and had left that hotel. I still over a month later have not found a resolution, and have been told nothing but lies about checks being mailed to me that I have never received. Nobody has any clue what is going on, and it’s impossible to speak with corporate or even a district manger. I appreciate Melissa for being so kind and doing what she could, however I don’t recommend this filthy cockroach infested, place to anybody.
