Guests who have mobility disabilities may request bed frame removal to lower the surface of the bed. Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.
Advance Payment Policy
Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

To cancel a reservation, please find the reservation you want to cancel by going to "My Stays" on your Extended Perks account page or by clicking here to find your reservation. Once you find the reservation you want to cancel, select "Cancel" and then "Yes" to confirm your cancellation. To cancel an AP or EPP reservation, please call the hotel directly.
Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.

Refresh Service: You may purchase a Refresh Service for $5 per service. Refresh service includes: replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, making bed with existing linens, and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed.

I hosted an event in Scottsdale with collogues from around the country. It was a busy week in town and Extended Stay America was one of the few hotels with vacancy. I now know why...
You are better off rescheduling than hosting an event and putting people up here. I am local but booked a room for myself to be in synch with the group. They understood and even suggested I vacate the room and go back home.
Simply put, this place is nasty. See attached photos.

When it comes to lodging, I can be very forgiving. I know many places have limitations to be able to set the bar high.
When I choose lodging, I look for trade offs. In the case of our stay here, I valued a "free breakfast" despite the higher room rate. I figured I will pay a little more for my room and experience savings for our breakfast. Well, I cannot call this breakfast (see photo). This is the offering on a Sunday morning when many travelers, like me, may want a little pick me up before hitting the road for home. I know I said I can be forgiving, but when the website and every third party booking app says "free breakfast", I expect more than this. Otherwise, our stay was exactly what I expected, par.
So, if you are like me and looking for the value added amenities, you may want to consider another location.

I booked a two queen with sofa bed through Expedia. The room had bugs in the kitchen which were visible as soon as we came in and turned on the light. They gave us the only other room they had which was a single queen with sofa bed. That left my teen kids squished on the sofa and they didn't have a rollaway. I've worked in hotels and understand if they don't have another room during spring break. However, when I asked for a refund for the difference in room they said I had to contact Expedia. I did that and Expedia reached out to them. They refused to refund anything so Expedia was kind enough to help. The room we did get was otherwise fine but to not offer anything when the room I booked had bugs was not ok or good customer service.

If I could give a zero on customer service, issues with our room and conditions the hotel, I would. First of all, we did not have hot water or warm water in our shower. We called the front office immediately after finding out. Was told there maintenance on staff but couldn't tell me when they would make it there to fix it. We waited a couple hours, but we needed to leave and had to take miserable cold showers!!! They should give a key to a different room so we could shower. When we checking out, we complained about no hot water and they acted like they didnt know about it! Also complained the noise again and they should be embarrassed about how dirty the place was. They did nothing! Sorry Our room looked cleaned but questioning it. There are spills all over the tile floor entrance area and elevator that are old spills because they are almost black from dirt. All the vents in hallways are full of dust and lint, have not been cleaned in forever. Was very noisy with people slamming doors, and from one room every 15 seconds 20 times in a row. I have contacted the 1-800 number about our complaints since March 4th. Was tolded a supervisor will call me, nothing. Then a Property manager, nothing. Now, I'm waiting on a District manager! Want reimbursed for my awful stay!

Police and homeless people were in the parking lot very frequently. Though the room and staff were nice, I never felt at ease.
