Pet Policy
Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.

Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.

Check In / Check Out Check-in time for arriving guests begins at 3 p.m. Check-out time for departing guests is 11 a.m.
For guests staying fewer than 7 nights, a valid credit card is required for payment.
I have stayed at this Extended Stay in Tracy a few times through the years as sometimes the timeline of moving out of a home and into a new one doesn't line up perfectly.
I know that I am safe and taken care of when we stay here, when I'm in my room I don't hear any of the other guests next door or in the hallway, thankfully this Extended Stay is well insulated.
I look forward to my morning coffee that's complimentary in the lobby every morning, along with a few grab and go breakfast items. Vicky at the front desk is such a gem! She is helpful and attentive and ensures we are happy with our stay and quick to resolve any issues that may arise. I've also heard her with other guests and she seems like the heart of the place, people know they can come to her even to chat and get advice.
The maintenance guy is so nice and always keeping the property well taken care of, and the manager Sean is so nice and pleasant, always with a smile on his face.
These people make the stay here so much easier while I wait for my house to be ready.
I also love the full size fridge and that everything is so close by, I don't even have to drive to get food, shop, or watch a movie if I don't want to! It's also right off the freeway, which is super convenient when I do have somewhere to go.
I also appreciate that there is a 24 hour room with full size washers and dryers, they are connected to a mobile app that you can pay with, it also tells you how many washers or dryers are available in the room, plus when your own washer or dryer are done. It's super helpful!
This place is also pet friendly, and I love to see all the pups out getting their morning walks, and all of the pet owners are so nice and take care of their pets.
This has been a pleasant stay in somewhat of a stressful time, and I appreciate Vicky, Sean, and the rest of the staff for being so friendly and accommodating.

Nasty room 204. Go someplace else if at all possible. No way will we ever come here again. Rusty bathroom fixtures, moldy spots throughout bathroom, constantly dripping bathtub fixture, thin walls allowed us to hear super noisy neighbors until past midnight (earplugs helped slightly), squeaking/rattling ac/heater fan, very busy area during the day makes getting to/from a pain at times, lots of weed being smoked- seems to have permeated the hallways. The WiFi was unusable- cellular was much better.
Response to management reply: Sorry but a placating corporate sounding response doesn’t do jack. I wouldn’t suggest anyone staying there until that place is majorly remodeled - Or better yet tore down and rebuilt. Just the potential health issue of the mold is a major problem that should really have you guys shut down by the health department.

The girl at the desk was very nice. The vending machines were at your own risk. The rooms had a tiny bar of soap only. No shampoo conditioner nothing. The studio was $210.00 . Had a small kitchenette but nothing to use if you wanted to use it for anything. The room was very generic.
The way it's advertised makes it out to seem so much nicer.
Location good. I would not recommend or stay here again.
Also we had reservations. When we got here there was Noone to check us in after a long day and had a sign posted on break be back in 30 minutes. Truly ran poorly
