Guests who have mobility disabilities may request bed frame removal to lower the surface of the bed. If a guest with a mobility disability does not provide forty-eight (48) hours’ advanced notice for bed frame removal accommodation, then the guest’s request for bed frame removal shall be accommodated within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of request by hotel management. Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.
Advance Payment Policy
Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

To cancel a reservation, please find the reservation you want to cancel by going to "My Stays" on your Extended Perks account page or by clicking here to find your reservation. Once you find the reservation you want to cancel, select "Cancel" and then "Yes" to confirm your cancellation. To cancel an AP or EPP reservation, please call the hotel directly.
Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.

Additional Housekeeping Options For Purchase

Refresh Service: You may purchase a Refresh Service for $5 per service. Refresh service includes: replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, making bed with existing linens, and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed.

Check In / Check Out Check-in time for arriving guests begins at 3 p.m. Check-out time for departing guests is 11 a.m.
For guests staying fewer than 7 nights, a valid credit card is required for payment.
Me and my family moved there December 31 2023. At first the staff was ok. You don't know who the manager is until you start hearing the gossip from. staff about each other. The room was ok. It served it's purpose. However there is a roach problem and rat problem. I got behind in my rent. The sheriff and the manager came in yesterday . They have these people that put all your belongings in bags. I understand you don't pay you dont stay however when I did pay and the respect given you wouldn't believe how they were when we had to leave. They put vegetable oil in my clothes roach pads in my children's clothes food with shoes. Trying to get all of that separated and then I had spaghetti sauce with my covers. The business is not professional and all the staff know each other. I don't need a response because I know it will be the manager that was there. And she is not friendly at all. Thank you Extended Stay but no thank you. On top of that they lost my wallet with my ID and bank card. They attempted to look after the messy crew threw all our stuff together. However it's still missing . I'll remember it's not personal it's business and that's what I want them to remember as well.

This place is absolutely horrible! Please don’t stay here or take your family here! They have bedbugs as well as a roachessssss real bad!!! The staff come off nice and professional at first but as soon as you address the issues they get rude & disrespectful! They moved my room 3 times only to have the same problem each time! 1st time I say no bugs but the room wasn’t clean I was booked from 11/2/2024-11/4/2024 just trying to get a feel of the hotel before I booked for a whole month because I’m waiting for my move dec 1st on the 3rd I saw roaches so I thought ok just move me next room it’s moreeeeeee roachessssss smfh so I requested to move again, as I’m moving I see flat bugs on the bed smh must remind you they allow multiple animals in 1 room ok I move to the 3rd room & the roaches greeted me & my babies at the door smh this is late so I have no choice but to complete my stay until the morning These people refuse to give me a full refund despite the experience they only accommodated me with 1 night that I paid for & my deposits. I couldn’t get pictures of everything because of course bugs run but I’ll leave what I do have.

Mrs. Candy was wonderful when I came in asking a lot of questions . She assisted me with the upmost respectful customer service I’ve seen in a long time .. thank you 😊……..during my stay, This is the most disturbing extended stay I’ve stayed in. First of all, the staff was not trained properly for I was told at check in that there was $100 deposit that can be held or used for the next payment . When I bring it up to another staff member she asked who told me that I gave the name of the person and was then told “that’s the assistant manager, she didn’t say that “ you don’t ever do that with a customer you are suppose to listen find a solution and solve the problem instead of going back and forth with the person who is spending money at your establishment. Second I wasn’t told that there was a early check in fee I never pressed the issue to check in early, I was given a paper at checkout is when I found out I was charged a early check in fee. There were dead roaches in my room and also this place has bed bugs. For the price I was paying for this extended stay wasn’t worth it at all! Offered free WiFi but can’t connect and it goes out frequently and also have to pay extra for streaming and so forth needed to be advertised everywhere for people to know! Worst experience ever! I will never recommend anyone to stay there !

I love my room it’s very clean! The staff are super nice Ms.Candy and Ms.Vee helped me to extend my stay. We’re currently staying in the area awaiting our apartment move in date I’m so excited!! :))
