Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.

Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

If I could give half a star I would these rooms and for the price were crazy. I felt safe yes but homeless people sleeping out side the backdoor. Drunk people in the stairwells and one guy urinated in the stair well... Absolutely gross. The other stair wells going from the 2nd floor to ground floor smelled like pee nobody mopped it they just put a wet floor sign out.
It smelled like pee it stunk you had ro hold your breathe going up the stairs. 3rd floor smelled like smoke and pot we stayed on 2nd floor room 209 .
There was an argument one night people slamming doors. One guy was yelling the n word up and down the halls. Called fd nothing was done was woken up several times between 12 2 and 4am by same people above us.
Our door to our room The lock was broken We told the front desk So we can have maintenance come fix it We were there for over a month nobody came to fix it we reported the problem several times, it was never fixed. Safety concern.
The fridge was good except for it was going out and it would turn on and off every so often.
AC I'm not sure what was wrong with that but it felt like some type of smoke or bad air was coming out when you breathed it in hurt our lungs.
Definitely need to take out the curtains and the dust ruffles on the bed they had so much dust on them they don't clean those or change them out. Literally every night we are sneezing having to take allergy pills it smelled like dust in the whole entire room even after cleaning it multiple times myself could barely breathe in there.
Every time I woke up my eyes were stinging these rooms need to be cleaned a lot better just replace the curtains with some blinds get rid of the lamp shades those are covered in dust dirt windows need to be cleaned on the inside and outside.
The laundromat was good except for the prices were extreme $3 to wash and $3dry if somebody popped open your washer then you had to redo it again definitely watch your clothes.
Front desk lady was nice the one who wore glasses she was sweet. Overall only Stay here if your last resort fwb extended stay is a lot cleaner but they are both over priced. Avoid at all costs.
I figured being in Destin this would be a lot cleaner under staffed with housekeepers for sure needs revamping remove the carpets bc they all smell like pee. Elevator was Janky but when we were leaving they were fixing it but it was going to be down for 3 wks. Smh!

If you had a choice between a dumpster or here, please chose the dumpster. First of all there is hardly anyone at the front desk to greet you when you come in. You wait a while for someone to come from the back to check you in. I came on a Thursday and I order on a website through my job a King size bed and upon arrival was told that I ordered a queen size bed. I told the girl up front that I am pretty sure that I ordered a king but just in case I was mistaken I will double check. I double checked and was able to see that I did order a king as I stated. No apologies no sorry for inconvenience just well all we have is a queen. When I got to the room the air conditioner was full of mold so I had to open a window so I could not use the air conditioner in the hot Destin Weather. I then went to inspect the bathroom and notice that the curtain rod had rust and on the handicap rod in the shower. The room also was really dusty and paint was scratched most of the wall. Furniture was old and scratched up. I woke up on Friday night and walked in on a roach on the bathroom floor that I had to kill. The floors in the hallway were extremely nasty. There was trash on the floor in the elevator and stains all in the hallway floor. I this place was not cheap as far as cost. This hotel depressed me.

Probably the worst motel I have ever stayed at in the US after traveling here since the 80s. It’s disgusting, unpleasant smell in the rooms, broken furniture, unclean. Would never bring my family back again.
