Guests who have mobility disabilities may request bed frame removal to lower the surface of the bed. If a guest with a mobility disability does not provide forty-eight (48) hours’ advanced notice for bed frame removal accommodation, then the guest’s request for bed frame removal shall be accommodated within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of request by hotel management. Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.
Advance Payment Policy
Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

Refresh Service: You may purchase a Refresh Service for $5 per service. Refresh service includes: replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, making bed with existing linens, and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed.

I recently had an extremely disheartening experience. As someone who relies on emotional support animals to manage my anxiety, depression, and PTSD, I was shocked and deeply disappointed by the discriminatory treatment I received.Upon attempting to check in with my emotional support animals, I was met with resistance from the staff. Despite providing documentation and explaining the vital role these animals play in my daily life as prescribed by my healthcare provider, I was refused accommodation. This refusal not only violated my rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Rehabilitation Act but also left me feeling marginalized and distressed.It is deeply troubling that a place that claims to cater to guests' needs would fail so egregiously in accommodating individuals with disabilities. My experience highlights a clear lack of understanding and respect for the rights of those who rely on emotional support animals for their well-being.I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others in the disability community about the discriminatory practices .No one should have to endure the discrimination and humiliation that I faced during my visit. I urge individuals with disabilities to seek accommodations elsewhere to avoid similar mistreatment.In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those with disabilities who may face discrimination. It is my hope that by sharing my story, others will be spared from the distress and injustice that I experienced.

Our room was dirty floors has Major damage the walls were dirty the phone was dirty we couldn’t check in because the attendant wasn’t available for what ever the reason was We called using the phone in the hallway and we could hear it ringing but no one answered
The heater didn’t work it was so bad that my wife decided to sleep in the car Guest services was closed so I called the next day after and let them know that the pictures online doesn’t match what you get when you arrive.I more pictures on my other phone but I’m sure you get the picture. Look at the sofa real close ripped cushions damaged arm ready
