Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.

Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

To cancel a reservation, please find the reservation you want to cancel by going to "My Stays" on your Extended Perks account page or by clicking here to find your reservation. Once you find the reservation you want to cancel, select "Cancel" and then "Yes" to confirm your cancellation. To cancel an AP or EPP reservation, please call the hotel directly.
Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.

Refresh Service: You may purchase a Refresh Service for $5 per service. Refresh service includes: replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, making bed with existing linens, and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed.

Check In / Check Out Check-in time for arriving guests begins at 3 p.m. Check-out time for departing guests is 11 a.m.
For guests staying fewer than 7 nights, a valid credit card is required for payment.
The staff is phenomenal and very accommodating. I dealt with Monica and Korey they are both very knowledgeable and helpful. I am very pleased with my stay and would recommend.

This hotel was not what we expected. It’s more of a homeless shelter or some kind of halfway house. Homeless people and what look to be people battling drugs were all over the place here. The grounds were trashy with trash everywhere. We got two rooms one smelled with bleach which I guess is good and the other one is stronger oder of marijuana. This is the first hotel I’ve ever been to that does not have or Supply ice. There’s a refrigerator in the room. You have to freeze your own ice, which is ridiculous. There’s mold and mildew all over the roof of the bathroom. The beds are uncomfortable, no boxsprings. The room was not that bad. I just felt like I was in some kind of shelter. The air conditioner made a racket all night, where we had to turn it off in the middle of the night to be able to sleep They do accept dogs so we were able to bring our small dog.
There were no visible vending machines anywhere. No ice machines. There was no coffee available. Nothing. The lady at the desk that checked us in was very nice and helpful. She was replaced with what looked to be a transvestite. I guess we are in South Florida.

Stay away from this place! Other than the location being right next to the mall and a bookstore, I would stay away from this place. You have people that work there that are nice one minute and are nasty the other because they cannot control their emotions from the people who rent there.
The place is a run over for local Broward County halfway houses so there are unruly people there who are yelling at you for no reason. Aside from that the fact that there is a sign right outside of the front door that says no smoking and yet they allow people to smoke all day every day right in front of the door when I have a lung condition and should not be inhaling secondhand smoke , cause I just moved out of a mold ridden apartment and I have a sensitivity to contaminants. The managers response was that is a sign that is a recommendation, giving me a complete lie when it is a state mandate that nobody smokes within so many feet of an entrance of a hotel. The fact that she would not tell people to not not smoke Outside is a pretty big deal at one point she attempted to knock on my door and I responded and she didn't hear and I was naked and she was open the door and I yelled. I'm in here and I'm naked and she gave me a really nasty attitude that my girlfriend was present for , and she said you didn't deserve that and that's how you treated here. A different thing is that the key cards are constantly going bad because instead of throwing them out, they keep recycling bad key cards and handing them to people who have to walk to far end of said hotel to find out the key doesn't even work despite it being re-keyed. With that said on my last day of check out, I went to go get a new key and the manager checked me out when I did not say, I wanted to be checked out and gave me an attitude saying she would not rekey me a card, and that she is tired of you people meaning me being entitled and mean when I wasn't, I clearly stated I did not request to be checked out and therefore I want a key card because I'm still moving my things out of my apartment . I spent 33 days there and only had room service knock on my door once the day before check out and despite the saying, the bathroom has stains in it. The bathroom has mildew and mold stains like a lot of them do and they're saying it's just a stain, which is a lie . The assistant manager there is an abysmal Lee rude person. I was very nice to her the whole time even when I said hey look I did not asked to be checked out. You're the one who checked me out so that's not on me. that's on you mess up and now it's on me that I have to be punished and I have to leave my door , walking down my belongings I had to put the door latch closed and then close the doors. The door latch kept my door ajar for three hours while I was unpacking my apartment or hotel room and guess what somebody walked in there and stole a sweatshirt and a nice pair of pants for me Over $300. The location is good. Our room is adequate due to our own cleaning. Saddened by the employees inability to understand English. You can not request any service regarding housekeeping. Not to mention, there are no king-size sheets or the white blanket. There's no manager at this location. The staff members park in handicap parking spaces without a handicap ♿️ sign presented.

Hotel canceled my reservations and did not notify me.we were so disappointed as soon as we found out that hotel have canceled our reservations. We were group of 20 people including kids were going stay at this hotel. Very poor management. I would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone.
