Guests who have mobility disabilities may request bed frame removal to lower the surface of the bed. Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.

Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

To cancel a reservation, please find the reservation you want to cancel by going to "My Stays" on your Extended Perks account page or by clicking here to find your reservation. Once you find the reservation you want to cancel, select "Cancel" and then "Yes" to confirm your cancellation. To cancel an AP or EPP reservation, please call the hotel directly.
Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.

The official hotel website boasts fully equipped kitchens but when you arrive you are informed that not only do you have to pay to buy and keep things like plates, cutlery, and cookware (it's not a rental you have to pay for it and it's expensive) but they were also out of stock and offered nothing by way of replacing anything or compensating me otherwise. I would not have booked this room if I had known that you had to purchase your own stuff from the hotel for use in their "fully equipped kitchens." So you have this full sized refrigerator, microwave and sink, all with generous cabinet space, but you have literally no way to cook anything in there or drink anything, without using disposable plates which I hate doing because it's bad for the environment. Oh and speaking of that, for a hotel chain that boasts about their environmental sustainability initiatives, that's awfully crappt of them to make you be forced to basically buy disposable plates and all that. And also, who even goes on vacation or takes an extended several week work trip or whatever and wants to purchase extra plates and cookware that they have to either throw away or leave or take with them back on the trip home anyway? The policy of this hotel to not provide that free of charge or maybe at most with a refundable deposit is just asinine. The blinds are missing a slat, the TV does not work at all, the telephone does not work at all, the bed is not centered and there's an odd corner that looks like it used to have a big chair which is now empty and sparse. I have asked at least two or three times now over the last 4 days that I've been here for a remedy to the TV and telephone situation and have gotten no answer or told that they don't have any other TVs. Or phones. The bathtub has a faulty patch in the side of it which it seems like it's leaking water because the entire place smells like mildew. The desk and the dresser and the shelves are all very lopsided and lean forward so if you put anything on there that's remotely top heavy it's going to fall over and the dresser drawers of course as a result of that also have a hard time staying closed (those are fun to walk in to in the middle of the night when you can't see anything). The mattress did not have a mattress pad or protector on it just a fitted sheet which when I removed could see that it is very stained... it's quite disgusting! All the flooring in here is faux hardwood and there are no area rugs of any kind at all which is not only uncomfortable it makes your furniture more dirty and it creates tons of noise from the people above you next to you below you all over. They only give you three pillows for a queen size bed instead of four which is odd and the bed frame is an Uber cheap metal slatted frame (like one of the foldable kind that are normally used for the very rare guests at someone's home) and you get no box springs at all, just a squeaky metal bed frame that is very uncomfortable with the stained mattress on top of it. I have booked this reservation for 30 days but I am in the process of finding another hotel and as soon as I do that I am voiding out the rest of my stay here and getting the hell away from this place because it's disgusting and quite frankly it's very depressing.
