Guests who have mobility disabilities may request bed frame removal to lower the surface of the bed. If a guest with a mobility disability does not provide forty-eight (48) hours’ advanced notice for bed frame removal accommodation, then the guest’s request for bed frame removal shall be accommodated within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of request by hotel management. Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.

Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

To cancel a reservation, please find the reservation you want to cancel by going to "My Stays" on your Extended Perks account page or by clicking here to find your reservation. Once you find the reservation you want to cancel, select "Cancel" and then "Yes" to confirm your cancellation. To cancel an AP or EPP reservation, please call the hotel directly.
Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.

We also take our commitment to the environment very seriously and strive to freshen up without wasting our natural resources unnecessarily. Refresh Service: You may purchase a Refresh Service for $5 per service. Refresh service includes: replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, making bed with existing linens, and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed.

Check In / Check Out Check-in time for arriving guests begins at 3 p.m. Check-out time for departing guests is 11 a.m.
For guests staying fewer than 7 nights, a valid credit card is required for payment.
I’ve been for a few months now and I do not have anything bad to say what so ever all of the staffing here are friendly and the ones that work the lobby/front desk have great customer service skills they don’t just try to get you out the way they will hold a conversation with you if you are with it they make sure they ask questions to make sure you will be comfortable and satisfied before you even get finished checking in … house keeping is very nice and respectful I wish I was good with names because I love 1 specific house keeper always respectful always wearing a smile and every time I see her we are laughing and then the head manager here I love him to death I was able to bond with him over having the same love for animals which here they are very much pet friendly but back to the manager he is so sweet and very understanding and tries working with you the best way he can I don’t believe I ever came across any rude staff since being here ….. the rooms here I’ve already been in 3 different ones and each one was clean and cozy I feel they are spacious enough for me and my small family I have children and a small dog and my kids can get loud at times and I can say I haven’t had any knocks on my door about my kids at all that lets me know that they are very understanding how it is with small children I can even say the other guest here are nice and never get bothered with my kids or my dog so with that being said I definitely recommend this place and this will be my go to place when I’m in need of a hotel thank you guys for being awesome

My experience at the Extended Stay America Select Suites in Pensacola was extremely disappointing. From start to finish, the stay was nothing short of a nightmare. We were shown around 15 different rooms, and every single one was in unacceptable condition. The rooms had dirty linens, unmade beds, hair in the showers and beds, and urine-stained toilets that hadn’t been cleaned. Some rooms even had pests in the bedding, and each one had its own unpleasant smell.
In the end, we had no choice but to settle for a room and clean parts of it ourselves, as no room was actually prepared for guests. One receptionist did her best to help us, even going as far as cleaning a toilet, but the other staff we encountered in the following days were not as accommodating. We were even woken up by random phone calls in the middle of the night, and when we brought this up with the front desk, we were told they’d look into it – but nothing ever happened.
I was also told that we would receive some form of compensation or discount for this horrible experience. I provided my email to the front desk staff as instructed, but I never received any follow-up, message, or refund as promised.
Additionally, we ended up spending over $20 to wash our clothes and the towels provided by the hotel because the laundry facilities were inadequate. Even after multiple wash cycles, our clothes and towels were still not clean.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The cleanliness, service, and overall experience were far below even the lowest expectations. If you’re considering staying here, prepare yourself – and maybe bring your own cleaning supplies.

The staff was very friendly and made me feel like i was at home. The location is very quiet and relaxing. It is located right off of I-10 and was very convenient for travelling. The location is also very quiet.

Staying long-term. Staff are professional and helpful, rooms are clean. Only issue is having to pay an extra $30 per month for internet that's useable.Edit: they upgraded the wifi & added Showtime. No need to purchase upgrade. Also, after two months, place is quiet and clean.
