Honestly, if I could give them zero stars, I would they don’t deserve nothing, not even one. This is the worst hotel in the nation, the service in general is really bad. The people at the front desk are very mean, disrespectful, and bipolar. There’s an employee named Kristin, her partner is so rude and aggressive, he almost ran me over with his laundry cart, he thinks he runs the place and he doesn’t even work there. Every-time we would ask for toilet paper they would only give us one roll for four people Also, every time you go down to the front desk there is either no one their at all or their out smoking or doing something, besides their job, or they have nothing or they make you come back at three or later, or really, when they want to attend you. The sheets and towels they give you aren’t even cleaned well, they give you sheets covered in weird stains, like spilt food, coffee, blood and other weird substances. Their towels covered in pubic hairs, smell and look dirty. Not once did they ask to clean our room. They don’t receive your towels, they wanted us to wash them and the sheets when that’s their job. Sometimes, they are fixing something so you won’t have water or it will come out yellow. This hotel was a mess, the hallways, stairs disgusting covered in spilt trash, and the rooms smelt like weed, cigarettes and burnt food. The rooms have mold and mildew on the walls and corners. They say that you’re not allowed to smoke in your rooms but, every time someone new came, it smelt like they were doing drugs. At night, you hear people slamming doors, stomping upstairs, yelling, little kids running down the hall at like 5am screaming. We were scared because one time there was a couple three doors down from where we’re staying and they were yelling and throwing things, sadly they had a baby it sounded like he was hurting her, because she was crying and so was the baby. You go out poop everywhere, the dog park has so much poop that where ever you step you get some on you. There is also poop on other parts of the premise. There prices fluctuate they go up and sometimes like every so often they go down. It’s also not a safe place because you see all kinds of weird people like individuals who look like they just got out of prison, junkies, drug dealers, sometimes, people selling drugs, and or drinking in the parking lot. People drive in crazy at full speed, without looking but really, just not having a care in the world, on rather or not they can run you over. Overall, a terrible experience wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, please avoid this place at all costs it not worth it, trust me.

I'm here for work. Came here from work. The cable is out. I went to the front desk and the woman working told me they was working on the cable. I asked when she thought it might be done, she said she didn't know and if I didn't like it I could get my stuff and leave. I had already paid for all week. So I went and talked to the cable guy before he left he said it was working upstairs. And the down stairs would be fixed tomorrow. So I'm stuck in a room with no TV.

I recently stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. The staff were extremely accompanying, helpful, and friendly. If there's something that isn't in your room that you require, they will give it to you. I couldn't have been happier with my stay. ((Kristen at the front desk, in particular, was always ready to assist in any way she could, and always had a smile on her face--in spite of having to constantly hustle to complete her tasks and take care of the guests.)
I highly recommend.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here
First time definitely had sketchy people hanging around but since the rooms were relatively clean we made the mistake to come again
We got here to hear the fire alarms going off. The control panel in the front foyer said they were going off in the hallways , elevators and a few rooms
I asked them why are they going off are many guests smoking ?
She said no they just can’t cook. In the elevator , ok whatever.
We got to the room to realize there are no pots pans plates or silverware so how are they “cooking”?
Cigarette burned tub
Room had one small bar of soap.
Sink was stained , electric stove has to be 40 years old. For $130 a night I would have hoped for better. What a dump.
They don’t have an ice machine
Asked for utensils they said they don’t have any
This is the dumpiest extended stay we’ve been at.
