Access from site arrival points to the hotel entrance, including pedestrian paths to travel and curb cuts where needed.

Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.
Advance Payment Policy
Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.

Refresh Service: You may purchase a Refresh Service for $5 per service. Refresh service includes: replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, making bed with existing linens, and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed.

ROACH INFESTED!!!!!! LIKE THIS HAS PROBABLY BEEN ONE OF THE WORST EXTENDED STAYS IVE EVER BEEN TO.. SUPER SWEET DESK LADY BUT THE ROOM IS IN UNLIVABLE CONDITION. SOMEONE NEEDS TO CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT ASAP IM PRETTY SURE THIS IS WHERE COVID CAME FROM

Bad for your health.
I have stayed at a lot of hotels, a few have left this bad of a taste in my mouth. This place needs to be inspected by the health department. It was overpriced and did not know until I checked in that they do not clean the rooms until every other week. You will have to take out your trash until they come to clean your room. The pillows and the sheets had stains on them (Thank God I brought my own) and there were no plates, silverware, or cups. It is an extended stay. The Fridge was surprisingly clean.
The worst part was I checked in with my kids the Friday night. That night we turned the A/C on and shortly after my daughter started coughing, she has asthma so I gave her medicine and she went to sleep. My son woke up around 2am coughing uncontrollably. I woke up Saturday morning coughing. I went downstairs around 9am to leave and the shutters were down at the front desk so I couldn't complain to anyone. That night I spoke with the front desk agent about my experience and he told me he is unable to do anything and I will have to speak with the manager in the morning after 11am. That night my daughter coughed so much she threw up. I had to use their towels to clean up.
The next morning I waited and took the towels down to speak with the manager. I told her the room is making us sick. She asked what would I like to do because all the rooms are the same. I told her I will not be able to stay there for the 3 weeks because the room is making us sick. I offered a solution to see if they could change the filter, she said all they will do is wash the filter. I told her I would wash it as I do not trust they would do a good job of that.
I checked out the Friday and they had the nerve to charge me an early check out fee. Please do not stay at this hotel, it's bad for your health.

I typically do not review places but I feel folks should know. We booked this room through Priceline one of the “Deals” of the day. Never again! Even After a nice call with the fella from Priceline we were on the way to check-in for two nights. We thought ok we got a deal and Paid in full. ( of course non refundable) The site looks are deceiving. Looks nice from the outside. Close to the mall and lots of stores. This site has no breakfast to go as we thought. (That is What Priceline said) guess they haven’t updated the info. The extended stay had no plates, cups or bowls no silver ware, no coffee pot in the dirty kitchen. The front desk lady said that is how they keep cost down.
Ok .. I guess I just always think of extended stay as a studio apartment so you can keep eating out to a minimum. 🤷🏻♀️
The floor had been done over and I’m so glad it did not have a rug 😳 It was shocking that the roaches didn’t carry us out and fight us for our food. The place has a roach problem. The room was not filthy but it was dirty, the fridge was not cleaned inside and rusted on the outside And the bedding was clean but stained. 🤢🤮 We slept on top of our own beach blanket!
There was no remote control in the room at all and no front desk to call after we noticed it was not in the room. We were told there is no front desk after 6 if we get locked out because the cards get deactivated “a lot” we can call a number a guy will drive over after a while”. So honestly We slept with the lights on. No remote for the tv night one. I guess I really just have to not deal with Priceline anymore, this is not the first time I’ve grabbed my ankles with that service. 😂 but it will be the last! I get it, sorta the place is rated 2.5 stars but the only star in this place was the front desk lady she was very kind and apologized for the condition of the room but did not have any solution for refund. A good note, The place is dog friendly. The place was quiet and the other guests were nice and just as taken back by conditions. But like us had already paid out budgeted money for the stay. A side note it seemed very 420 friendly. 🤷🏻♀️because the smell certainly seeped into our room the whole time, for a non smoking room it smelled very Green. Maybe that is why the roaches were so hungry! So if you don’t mind fighting some roaches so you can light up some chronic right outside your door and chill with the dog just make sure to bring your own roach spray, linens and a coffee maker 😳😂 ✌🏽good luck out there when looking for inexpensive stays, maybe call the prayer line before calling and dealing with Priceline.

Roaches Roaches and More Roaches. Management was told about the issue and the response was we are aware. Stay at your own risk and if you plan to go to someone's home after your stay you may be taking Lil unwanted visitors with you.
