Extended Stay America provides accessibility features for our guests with disabilities. Accessible features available include but are not limited to:
Access from site arrival points to the hotel entrance, including pedestrian paths to travel and curb cuts where needed.
Accessible parking for vans and standard automobiles, including proper striping and signage
Accessible access aisles.
An accessible entrance with sufficient door width and level landings.

Guests who have mobility disabilities may request bed frame removal to lower the surface of the bed. A guest with a mobility disability should provide the request for bed frame removal no later than forty-eight (48) hours in advance of check-in. If a guest with a mobility disability does not provide forty-eight (48) hours’ advanced notice for bed frame removal accommodation, then the guest’s request for bed frame removal shall be accommodated within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of request by hotel management. Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.
Advance Payment Policy
Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.

Refresh Service: You may purchase a Refresh Service for $5 per service. Refresh service includes: replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, making bed with existing linens, and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed.

For guests staying fewer than 7 nights, a valid credit card is required for payment.
Rooms were definitely outdated, they didn't have blackout curtains, which caused the light to wake us up early. I personally wasn't a fan of the bed, although my girlfriend thought it was alright, the pillows were pretty flat and probably old as well sadly. The water pressure for the shower wasn't good and they barely provided anything (just two small bars of soap and one shampoo). If you're staying longer and need/want to use the retro stove then you have to ask for pot/pans/plates/utensils... Also it's $2.50 per load to wash, then an additional $2.50 to dry ones clothes. Maybe I was just late and missed most of the breakfast only till 9:30 AM (last picture) but coffee was very watered down, the tea was subpar and they only had oatmeal packs and granola bars food wise.

Some of the rooms are clean, I had to change but the floors smell very bad. The customer service is very bad and they don't have breakfast, only coffee and granola.

I like this place. I ga e it overall 3 stars because of the deposit policy. If you choose to extend your stay, you need to pay additional deposits, even it you still have one on the books for your current stay. When I stayed at another place, they just carried it over. I don't like having to keep up with so many deposits like that.

You get what you pay for. The room was cool, and the kitchen meant I could buy food and cook it there. Helped me save more money during my trip. Negatives about the room was that it smelled like cigs? I don't know if I got a smoker room or what. And one day, the hallway, my room smelt like someone farted a Mcgriddle in my face. The service was good. I think im spoiled by other hotels, giving you a bottle of water free. But they did call me handsome, and trust me, I'm not. The location was good, and I had 1 hr walk to the convention center if I didn't want to spend my life savings on Uber rides. Close to some nice restaurants and diners. Would stay again, especially if they tuck me in and read me Harry Potter until I fall asleep.
