Pet Policy
Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.
Advance Payment Policy
Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

Once you find the reservation you want to cancel, select "Cancel" and then "Yes" to confirm your cancellation. To cancel an AP or EPP reservation, please call the hotel directly.
Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.

Refresh Service: You may purchase a Refresh Service for $5 per service. Refresh service includes: replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, making bed with existing linens, and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed.

Check In / Check Out Check-in time for arriving guests begins at 3 p.m. Check-out time for departing guests is 11 a.m.

The room suited our needs perfectly. We appreciated being able to bring in our own groceries to eat healthier and save money. The wifi worked perfectly, no complaints. The location of our room was perfect, private, near the Lobby and laundry room. There was a grab and go breakfast point, great for to go coffees, not much choice, porridge, muffins, and nutrigrain bars, we used it a couple of times.
The room was spotless, but the faucet on the tub was dripping fast and could not be turned off fully. I reported this as I thought they would care water was being wasted. The next day the maintenance man spoke to me in the hallway asking about the problem, said he would fix it, we stayed 7 nights and it was the same the day we left. I didn't bother reporting it again.
We chose our kitchenware, and a hairdryer, and got everything we needed for our stay. The room was comfortable, but the armchair was terrible for a bad back, no lumbar support and none in the office type chair either, but I made do. You might consider better quality chairs next time you upgrade.
We were very impressed by the Staff here in general, we forgot the one guys name but he worked a LOT of hours, he was always friendly and helpful, Destiny was lovely too, all Staff took time to greet us as we passed by every single day and they smiled, we felt welcomed and that they cared. I had an embarrassing request late one night, the guy working the desk helped me with no fuss at all.
My husband is a local but we now live in the UK. We already decided on our next visit we will stay here. Thanks guys.

Warning they discriminate against the disabled. In the last year and a half I've seen at least 2 groups file an ADA complaint. Stayed for over 2 years here and things have drastically gone downhill since Dan took over. Pipes bursting and dumping waste water onto me was used against me. It took them an hour before they even offered me an open room to shower in to get this all off me. I even asked for wipes to clean myself prior but was refused. Another issue used against us was their internet when it wasn't working and ended up needing hardware replaced. They also don't clean out their laundry machines often and can lead to your cloths coming out with residue on them. The laundry use to not be a big deal when Randi was managing the place. She would simply apologize and start a new wash cycle for you after cleaning the machine. Now that Dan has taken over it's now your fault their machines aren't clean. You can't walk through the front entrance without getting blasted by cigarette smoke. If you're coming here with a crew be ready for internet you can't do anything with. They run a single line per floor wing so you're sharing a single signal with 10+ rooms. The only saving face for this place would have to be their cleaning crew and specifically Sam who was always kind and professional. As well as Hernan the maintenance man who was also always friendly and professional. If you don't need to have a small two burner flat top for cooking. Go to one of the other many hotels around and save yourself money and the headache. Side note if you're coming to Dan with anything and his hands hare behind his back. Whatever you're saying is going in one ear and out the other.
