I have never written a review for anything before, that is how strongly I feel about not staying at this hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone, no matter the price. To start, the place was understaffed. Every time I went to the front desk for a question or help, I had to wait at least 15 minutes for anyone to show up. It almost seemed like there was one receptionist for both hotels. When you did finally speak to someone, 9/10 times they were rude and treated you like an inconvenience. The entire hotel smelled like stale cigarettes. Floors were dirty and carpet was stained. Cabinets were broken in the room. I had to go out and buy my own cleaning stuff because the bathroom and kitchen area looked like it had not been wiped down in months. You are only allowed to receive housekeeping once every 2 weeks. After staying there one night, I woke up with an itchy rash that spread throughout my entire body. Who knows if it was from the beds, the washer and dryers, mold in the walls, or the water. I also had to buy a water purifier just to drink the water after noticing black streaks in my water from the sink. They boast about providing pots and pans for the kitchen in the rooms, but when asked for some I was given dirty looks and rolled eyes. After finally receiving them, I could tell they had not been washed. The spatula and can opener were also broken. I also did not feel safe in general. The area was nice, but the hotel was filled with sketchy people. People lurking the halls, trying to peek inside your room. Groups of people gathering outside to smoke together. I woke up one morning and it looked like the door had been kicked and glass was shattered. On top of all of this, at 4pm on Thursday I received a letter under my door stating that I needed to be out of my room the next day from 10am-1pm due to "preventative care" involving spraying chemicals in the rooms. This put me at a big inconvenience since I had my dog staying with me and was supposed to be gone all day at my internship. I was supposed to stay 21 nights, and shortened by stay to only 6 nights because of how awful and unsafe I felt. I would have left sooner, but it took me awhile to find another opening at a local hotel. When I finally got home from work and went down to tell the front desk I was checking out (3:00pm), I was told they were still charging me for the night, even though I was not staying. The lady (Crystal I believe her name was) told me it was because check out was at 11:00am. This made no sense to me because I had not scheduled to check out, it was a last minute decision. It's not like they had a line of people waiting out the door, so I am sure they did not lose money from someone else potentially taking my room. Regardless, I lost 7 nights of money I will not get back at this dirty, unsafe, joke of a hotel.

Front desk was atrocious. It's like they hire anybody. Immediately, I had a flight delay and when asking for a partial refund, I was turned away due to ordering from a different party which is fine. Then when I got there late, just wanting to sleep, the front desk lady didn't give me a room due to computer issues. No apologies or anything, just wait an hour in the middle of the night for that computer, the worker went out for a smoke while I was waiting. Then after checking out a worker called me and said I left my airpods and they will keep it at the desk which was nice of them. However when I went a couple hours later to pick them up, a different worker told me he doesn't see them and that it "sounds like a personal problem" Like yes its my problem that's why I am there, how poorly do they train their staff on customer service. Now my airpods are somewhere hostage at the front desk. I asked to speak to the manager after he was rude and he essentially told me to get out. I would still like to speak to a manager immediately and get my airpods back.
