This is basically a budget hotel, but not at budget prices
The hotel is in dire need of a remodel, the furniture is definitely banged up and for a hotel that is busy as this is it’s embarrassing that they haven’t done a remodel of this property
It seems like the majority of the guest are people that are either in between apartments or homes. There’s not a lot of business travelers at this hotel, sketchy guests staying here.
I was more than shocked to learn that being here for six nights and I was given two bath towels and two washcloths. There are no such thing as hand towels so if you wash your hands, I guess you’re supposed to dry them on your shirt. **** most importantly, be aware that there is no maid service, none.
The hallways are very dark, and I would think if you were a single woman, you would be leery of walking to your room. I was also very surprised to see that the front desk has metal door that comes down and closes the front desk from evening to morning. I left at 9 o’clock one morning and the metal door was still down over the front desk so I’m not sure what time the front desk hours are all I know is when I’m come back in the afternoon. The metal door is up but no employees at desk.
The entrance to this hotel is less than desirable as a matter of fact when I pulled up to the hotel, I couldn’t tell where the front door was because the way you park you have to park on the side of the hotel and then walk to this door that looks like an employee entrance, which turned out to be the front entrance of the hotel there is no lobby there is no coffee in the morning, which I also thought was very strange. I can understand you don’t want to serve breakfast, but offer your guests some coffee because even in the rooms there’s not a coffee maker which every hotel these days has except for this company
Which brings me to the rooms having a kitchen. so I have a full-size refrigerator that was filthy and I wouldn’t even use it. There is a two burner electric stove, a sink with a garbage disposal that I was surprised they had a garbage disposal and there is a small microwave oven if you want to warm something up, but the kicker is there’s no pots or pans, but the front desk will sell them to you, but also remember the front desk has part-time hours because they have a metal door down most of the time so you have to make arrangements to make your purchase of pots and pans from the front desk when they lift the metal gate
Quite honestly, I didn’t spend a lot of time here. I was having my home remodeled. I was running back-and-forth talking with contractors and I wanted a hotel with a kitchenette because I thought it would be convenient and I wouldn’t have to eat out every day but because the kitchenette is not equipped even with basic needs and dirty, I couldn’t use it anyways.
Instead of paying to use kitchen equipment I brought a few basics from home but only because I live 10 minutes away. Stupid to have unequipped kitchens.
And here’s the one thing that had me puzzled for two nights. I kept smelling skunks and I thought that was weird cause I was on the second floor and then when I mentioned this to my contractor when I had come home to check on the work they were doing he mentioned to me That marijuana smell smells like a skunk and I had an aha moment because I realized every time I passed a particular room that’s where the skunk smell was coming from. Obviously there was a large quantity of marijuana in that room. I don’t know if they work for dispensary or what the issue was, but it was clearly the skunk marijuana smell. And yes, I know marijuana is legal, but what amount that they need to have in that room for that smell
The bottom line is this place is a dump. It needs to be remodeled they’re overcharging you for what you get in quite frankly I’d worry about safety,

It’s still early in my stay, but I just had a good check-in with Ms. Jackie. The part I appreciated most was that she made sure I was familiar with the rules and what to expect. I’ve had other check-ins where no one told me, so I appreciated that. The room is nice and in good condition!

I thought this place was good till today There's been a few problems But not like today. They towed a disabled veteran's vehicle because it had a expired tabs and had him Toweds even though he's been here for a long time and lives here. The guy is a disabled and it should not matter if your tabs are expired. You're paying for the stay here. They're not giving you no notice. They're just taking your vehicle without telling you. Then the tow truck driver is requesting payment up front To take the vehicle off the truck. For the price it's not worth it. I work for General motors and im the regional manager. I now have to pull 18 Employees out of both location Because of these people. I will not do business with any company again. That is this disrespectful to their clientel.Or people in general. Apparently losing twenty grand a month Not a big sum To them. And now I have to put all extended stays nationwide on the do not use list for general motors. Which I hope they take away their franchise for This. Because general motors spends over five million dollars a year on Extended stays. We have been using extended.Stay for the last eighteen and a half years. We are going to put it up for a vote and we are going to decide in a couple of days if we are Going to see if they're going to put on the do not use list. Which mean Our company will no longer use them. Which is my recommendation. And a lot of their furniture in the rooms that they're not remotal yet is falling apart. The cabinets under the TV are falling apart the cabinets by the kitchen are falling Apart
