Extended Stay America provides accessibility features for our guests with disabilities. Accessible features available include but are not limited to:
Access from site arrival points to the hotel entrance, including pedestrian paths to travel and curb cuts where needed.
Accessible parking for vans and standard automobiles, including proper striping and signage

An accessible entrance with sufficient door width and level landings.

Guests who have mobility disabilities may request bed frame removal to lower the surface of the bed. Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.
Advance Payment Policy
Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.

Housekeeping Service* Our promise is to provide you with a fresh, clean room. We also take our commitment to the environment very seriously and strive to freshen up without wasting our natural resources unnecessarily. Towards this common goal, housekeeping services are scheduled based on the number of nights you will be staying with us. Additional full or refresh services are available as outlined below.

Refresh Service: You may purchase a Refresh Service for $5 per service. Refresh service includes: replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, making bed with existing linens, and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed.

Place was very non functional. Heat and air. Lights. Tv. Refused to trade rooms. Left to find different accommodations at 9 the same night we checked in.

The ESA location we stayed at is in a state of disrepair. It is grimy and seems unsafe to stay, as it is very grimy. The stairway seems to be covered in all matter of aged dirt, grime, and feces. It smells bad in the stairway. The elevator and one floor smelled strongly of pot. The main doors have the paint worn away from years of use. It is a grimy, sad look at the real America. It's time for the corporations to put some money back into the system and quit just taking from us. Use some of the lodging money we pay to clean the mold off the tub/shower.

This is the absolute worst feeling in the world to have no more money for another hotel and to be stuck in such filthy conditions and I’m not even sure the sheets were even changed it’s been hell every since I walked foot in this door I’ve been crying all night and still have two days left here and my toilet doesn’t even flush the staff have no remorse and do not offer any help this place should be shut down and should not be able to take money from anyone claiming to have a clean and healthy environment for for families and definitely not children I feel like a horrible parent for having my kids stay in this environment and with a restricted income I have no choice to offer them anything else . Going to the dollar store to buy my own cleaning products so I can at least make some food and have one clean spot for my kids to eat if I was offered some kind of hospitality or at least an apology for my stay it would make it so much better but they treat you like your out of your mind to want what your paying for and offer no compensation or compassion this trip is the worst one in history please take my advice and Do not bring your family here if your expecting a clean environment or any hospitality and I also have a dead cockroach right in the middle of my room I don’t even think they swept from the last three guest stays I just want to get somewhere to shower myself and children and pray to god I’m not bringing bugs home with us because I will be kicked out of my apartment and I will never be able to afford everything that comes along with getting rid of cockroaches. I pray somebody will see this and contact me with a different extended stay that is clean and safe for us and give me two nights at that extended stay or more to make this trip better for me and my family but from the treatment I’ve been receiving I’m not holding my breath . If by chance somebody want to make this right please contact me and I will be so happy to update my review with you doing the right thing other then that I can’t recommend that anyone spends a dollar to stay in these conditions
