Alert/do not stay at this extended stay.Manger Luci Goins has horrible attitude,we asked for a new microwave,we never received one for a year that Luci goins was manger. Luci Goins was very hateful Luci.Goins has power and control issues,lots of roaches every time i asked Manger Luci Goins for anything she's had a nasty attitude putting her hands on her hips,rolling her eyes, talking disrespectful. Manger Luci Goins broke many rules and boundaries and went thru a lot employee's,she kicked us out when after a year we asked again for a Microwave she said no im not giving you a new microwave and I said you have a bad attitude and she said if you don't like my attitude you can move out or better yet you can move i want you to go.We had lived there for over 2 years and Luci Goins had taken over management after we had been there for about 6months. The 2 years we lived here We had spent over $30,000 dollars living there and never paid rent late and always stayed to our selfs,we called cooperate for help up to 10 times and they said they would have district manager Richard Archer call me back,these times that I called he never called me back nor did anyone from corporate. All I wanted was someone to help me to deal with Manger Luci Goins Power and control issues and wrongful eviction. I strongly believe that extended stay of America should compensate me Monetarily one way or another.its like management covers for one another and doesn't respect or care for the guest.we are the ones that pay their salary.all the manager ever had to do was just offer us a new microwave,also the over 2 yrs we lived here we noticed roaches constantly,we were great customers but were treated by the manager luci horribly when we paid our rent she never said hi or thank you.we smelt alcohol on her numerous times,she parks in handicap parking,she borrows employees vehicles,when luci took over management she had a food truck on property selling food,she had lived on the property until she was told she had to move out,now that we were wrongfully evicted we have not recieved our refund in over 40 days,extending stay advertisement says where genuine care is always there,you cant be treated with care with this manager,she doesnt deserve a job dealing with people,this is the worst experience ive ever had in my life.i dont want any justification from management to my review,i want to be compensated for my wrongful eviction,im seeking legal help and considering calling a news channel to help investigate.luci goins and extended stay corporate should be investigated.update 30 days after wrongful eviction corporate finally called and district manager richard archer has givin us a run around and didnt even know what happen to us and has constantly lied to us and we still have not received our refund check in over 40 days and he said he will call us back on our fefund and he still has not as of 1-31 24,we were wrongfully evicted on 12-18-23.we need our refund desperately.why can a company be allowed to stay in business with so many issues.
