Guests who have mobility disabilities may request bed frame removal to lower the surface of the bed. Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.
Advance Payment Policy
Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

To cancel a reservation, please find the reservation you want to cancel by going to "My Stays" on your Extended Perks account page or by clicking here to find your reservation. Once you find the reservation you want to cancel, select "Cancel" and then "Yes" to confirm your cancellation. To cancel an AP or EPP reservation, please call the hotel directly.
Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.

We also take our commitment to the environment very seriously and strive to freshen up without wasting our natural resources unnecessarily. Refresh Service: You may purchase a Refresh Service for $5 per service. Refresh service includes: replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, making bed with existing linens, and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed.

Check In / Check Out Check-in time for arriving guests begins at 3 p.m. Check-out time for departing guests is 11 a.m.
For guests staying fewer than 7 nights, a valid credit card is required for payment.
The whole staff is outstanding and are always accommodating. The assistant manager, runs the place flawlessly. No complaints, will stay for a bit!

We booked the room months in advance, received a confirmation email and they took my payment. We get there after driving all the way from Ohio to be told "we have your name in here but we don't have a room for you. it's a busy weekend cuz you know the games this weekend" i said yeah that's why I booked months ahead. Thankfully these guys behind us booked 3 rooms and only needed 2 so we did get a room. We get up to the room. The room was filthy definitely not cleaned from previous guests. I go downstairs and tell them the room is filthy they tell me "welp...they didn't get to it" i was staying pretty calm and I let them know we were heading downtown for a few hours when we get back our room needs to be cleaned. I left notes on all our luggage, food and drinks for them to please not touch. I even told them at the desk don't touch our stuff just clean the room please. We go out to dinner and get a call about an hour later they inform me they moved our stuff and gave our room away to someone else. They left our food and drinks in the old room and just had our luggage behind the front desk. We left dinner and went straight back to the hotel, walk in i see all our stuff but not food n drinks. They eventually used my old key to the original room to go get our food n drinks. I asked why my stuff was touched when I literally had notes everywhere stating not to touch anything. We get keys to a new room...walk in this room was also filthy. At this point I was like we should get the beds cuz it's filthy, my bed had hair all over it....not just regular hair they were pubes....I go down to the front desk told the lady she said "hm all I can do is get you clean sheets, once you change the sheets bring the dirty ones back downstairs to save her a trip"...still remaining calm I told her I will leave the bedding outside my door along with the previous rooms garbage they left us.... I told her I needed to speak with someone, she told me to come down at 7 am to speak with Emily. I was down there at 7 then got told Emily wouldn't be there til 9 so to wait for her. We were going to the steelers game so I told the lady I will speak with Emily the following morning. Was told she would be in at 9. I went down at 9....was told Emily is late will be in at 10. We were planning on going back home around 8 so we waited making our travel time later all so Emily could get there late to not even have the decency to talk face to face. She hid behind the wall saying she was going to refund me. I called the hotel this morning (Tuesday) and was told Emily was off but I told the lady I have yet to be refunded and it's very ridiculous after all we went through. I will be calling Emily tomorrow morning and this better be resolved. I wouldn't every stay there again....there's no excuse to be that shitty of an organization. Zero hospitality, terrible cleaning service (if they have any at all). Highly disappointed. Also there was plastic bag placed over the smoke alarm.

If i could leave 0 stars I would. Honestly this place is an absolute joke! Booked a room MONTHS in advance, check in was no earlier than 3pm. So we showed up to check in at 3:10pm where we were told "oh sorry, you booked through Expedia, those rooms are first come first serve" even though we had gotten a conformation email literally 12 hours before checking in. Luckily for us a couple behind us had booked 3 separate rooms and didn't end up needing 1 of the 3 so we ended up getting that room. Got all of our stuff out of the car, go up to our room and it WASN'T EVEN CLEAN! Dirty towels all over the floor, trash in the bathroom and kitchen and the beds had not been made. At this point we were furious and decided to go get a couple beers at a local bar to take the edge off, but before leaving informed the front desk of the quality or the room. And let them know that we left all of our stuff on a luggage cart in the room and some drinks and food in the refrigerator. As we are out having drinks we get a call form the hotel saying that they switched our room and were moving our stuff to the new room. We immediately went back to the hotel where they had ALL OF OUR BELONGINGS behind the front desk but left our food and drinks in the original room refrigerator that they had now given away to another guest! Finally we were able to get all of our items back, then went to get into the new room that also had not even been cleaned?! What the hell!? There is so much wrong with this entire "business", we were supposed to have a "meeting" with the manager this morning to talk about all of the things that went on during our 2 night stay and she didn't even have the courtesy to look us in the eye and just proceeded to talk to us from behind a wall, didn't even show her face! This place needs to be shut down until they can figure out how to treat people and do their jobs. .
