Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.

Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

Once you find the reservation you want to cancel, select "Cancel" and then "Yes" to confirm your cancellation. To cancel an AP or EPP reservation, please call the hotel directly.
Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.

For guests staying fewer than 7 nights, a valid credit card is required for payment.
Absolutely avoid this place if you can find literally anything else in the area. The clerk that worked the front desk was extremely nice and personable, but that was the ONLY good thing about this location. We entered the lobby to the STRONG smell of cigarettes and weed (no smoking in public areas? Yeah right) the front desk clerk was awesome, cracked jokes, made us feel welcome, made us consider staying here. We got checked in, went to the room, and immediately upon turning on the light saw SEVERAL bugs scurrying into the shadows. We went down, got a new room, and finally thought we could rest after a long day of travel. That’s where everything went downhill fast. The new room had a hole punched into the bathroom door, a huge stain on the sheets, and was MISSING A SHOWER HEAD. The shower was literally a pipe sticking out of the wall. When we asked for a full refund in order to go stay at another hotel, there wasn’t even a question of why, he just said absolutely, and issued the refund. We found another room in another hotel for comparable prices and MUCH better accommodations. I will never even consider recommending this location or any hotel under this brand to anyone. Aside from the extremely personable clerk (which I’m assuming was just to make up for the lack of cleanliness of the place), this location was absolutely mortifying.

Cockroaches everywhere, floors covered in filth, top bed blanket covered in pubic hair, everything smelled disgusting, broken phone in room, no one at the front desk until 10am on weekends, couldn’t get our money back even though we refused to sleep in those conditions. Worker who checked us out agreed there were cockroaches infested in the building. The location isn’t safe either. Went down the road to a convenience store and had people stopping us trying to get money from us.

This was a HORRIBLE experience. We were booked for six nights and we survived one. I'll start with the positive. The staff here is amazing. I've never seen such incredibly friendly and polite and courteous staff, especially in such a steaming pile of garbage hotel.
We were here because we are going through Hurricane Helene and this was one of the few hotels FEMA made available to pay for. We had 5 people(3 kids) and a dog, and we got a single room with two beds. Not remotely sufficient, but that's not the hotels fault.
However, what is their fault is when they claim a "fully equipped kitchen." See my photos. I don't know what an unequipped kitchen would be since this place had no pots or pans, no silverware, no plates, bowls, utensils, anything. You know, the basics to use a kitchen.
There were multiple cockroaches in the room.
The TV was broken and the remote didn't work(i turned on the TV using the power button). The screen was all blue with lines down the middle.
The hallways smelled like pot.
The location is absolutely terrible. There is literally nothing around for a mile or two in all directions.
Within an hour or two of checking in I caved in and booked an airbnb for $600 for two nights, so our trip is cut by several days, but I just couldn't put my family through this misery of this hotel for another day.
I don't know what happened to Extended Stay hotels. They used to be very nice places for long stays(hence the name). I guess they've sold out and become just a dumpy motel.

This place is disgusting and full of riff raff. My dog got infected with fleas here. There are roaches all over, along with dirty hand prints on the doors. It stinks and people constantly go out of the emergency exits. Also people sneak in here to do their laundry. Don't stay here unless you enjoy filth.
