Pet Policy
Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.
Advance Payment Policy
Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

Once you find the reservation you want to cancel, select "Cancel" and then "Yes" to confirm your cancellation. To cancel an AP or EPP reservation, please call the hotel directly.
Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.

Additional Housekeeping Options For Purchase
Full Service: You may purchase an additional Full Service cleaning for $10 per cleaning. Full service includes: dusting, vacuuming, changing linens and towels, emptying trash, cleaning of bathroom and kitchen, and replenishing soap and toilet paper as needed.
Refresh Service: You may purchase a Refresh Service for $5 per service. Refresh service includes: replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, making bed with existing linens, and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed.

Check In / Check Out Check-in time for arriving guests begins at 3 p.m. Check-out time for departing guests is 11 a.m.
For guests staying fewer than 7 nights, a valid credit card is required for payment.
A previous guest did not follow the no smoking in rooms rule. It was hurting my throat. Unfortunately the hotel was booked full so they were cool to refund money and I went elsewhere.

Honestly, if I could give it 0 stars. This place was the worse place I’ve ever been in my life. I will try to keep this as short as I can but it goes on and on! It’s true about the image others have given. I stayed here 2 nights ago (booked for two nights, stayed for one-keep that in mind for later). The stains on my floor, I double checked to make sure it wasn’t blood and the sticky floor. The lamps have lots of dust on them and worn out and out dated. The black chair at the desk was old and stained badly. The only good things were a clean shower, toilet, and sheets-makes me wonder. I went to check out early and was told they couldn’t check me out. Some buttons were pushed and was told I would have a late checkout fee, I questioned to ensure I would be reimbursed for the second night then. Which would’ve been fine with me and I would’ve been gone. The GM comes out saying we can’t check you out because policy states we have to charge you an extra night and I asked for it in writing because I was never told how this would work here. She claimed they would’ve told their long staying members THEY would’ve been told their choir would have changed if they checkout early, but not someone who isn’t a regular. So, you don’t tell ANY non-long time members about this “policy” that you cannot promptly provide a customer when asked? Are you kidding!? Then because she was tired of me, she continued to have an attitude and told her liaison to CHECK ME OUT!? But you couldn’t check me out right? I kept asking what does “you cannot check me out mean!? If I say I’m not staying there another night, what does an “I can’t check you out mean”? Do I get a refund for a night or not? Do I get the option the liaison gave me? I’m leaving, but what does that mean for me? - she could’ve been way nicer so all over, 0.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The carpet feels like it has never been cleaned. The staff is always high and doesn't even care about your needs. I asked for my room to be cleaned for almost 2 weeks before I just switched to a different hotel. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Oh my God, my family and I are appalled at the state of this hotel. We showed up to check in around 10:15pm, the lobby was locked with no one there. We had to call the main number, who then called the on call concierge, and we had to wait 15 minutes for them to show up to check us in and give us a room key. When we entered our room, it was disgusting. It smelled like smoke and weed, the floors were carpet with many stains and several burned holes in them. So much for a nonsmoking hotel. Very outdated, bathroom counter had chips out of it. No soap or anything stocked as for amenities. Going back to the front desk to a) ask for a different room and b) ask for soap etc and they are already gone within minutes of check-in. The photos don't seem so bad, and actually, in the photos they had clean gleaming wood floors, that is not the case. I wish I read reviews before booking and paying for this hotel! We ended up leaving and better get a refund.

I stayed at this location last night. Unfortunately I was next door to a room with children and a baby who cried until midnight and a ball was being thrown against the wall. Room could have been cleaner but overall for price can't expect too much. Next time I will pay a little more for a more professional place with better updated rooms and amenities.
