Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

Room was nasty, remote for TV wasn't working, 100.00 deposit hasn't been credited back to my account, been 4 days since I checked in and out, morning breakfast was a joke, room over price. Today is December 8, Tuesday December 10, will be 3 weeks since I put a security deposit for the room, hotel manager said check would be mailed 14 days after check in, we'll another lie,worse damn place i ever stay at, course they don't tell you how your security deposit will be return, most places returned your deposit within 24 hour to your credit card on file, tomorrow i will file a complaint with the better business bureau. Apparently they are in desperate need of money to hold 100.00 for ever. Stay away from this change. Other reviews show the same problem, they lie, it times they are reported to the news, etc

DO NOT STAY IN THIS TERRIBLE HOTEL
My husband and I work in the same company and we got a room through the company until Friday at this hotel, after the first night they told us we had to leave for some reason, we said we wouldn’t because we had paid until Friday, we called our company and looks like the issue was solved, until the next day when I wake up to a random woman opening my room telling us to leave, we work overnight so we have to sleep in the morning and afternoon too sometimes, within an hour there was three cops at my door like I was holding someone hostage, I explained the whole situation to the cop and he said I was in my right and it was not a police matter, it was the hotel problem
We ended up leaving and they said we could stay, but after so much humiliation and having the cops come in in our room in front of everyone for NO REASON
I will GRADLY NEVER RETURN to this hotel
I felt definitely humiliated and I wish this on nobody

Do NOT stay here, you will NOT get your deposit back, and they will NOT help you if you contact them about it.
I stayed here one night, the night of November 7, 2024. I paid for the room, and then on a separate charge I paid for the $100 deposit. I was told as long as there was nothing wrong with my room, I would be getting the deposit back within 14 business days. I checked out of the hotel on the morning of November 8th, and I was told by the woman working the front desk that she had started the refund process for the deposit, and I was good to leave. About a week later, I called the location to see if they had already refunded my deposit, as I had not seen it in my bank account, and I was told it would take up to 14 business days to go through and they had already done everything.
Fast forward, and it is now almost a month later, and I have not seen a single cent back in my account. I have been checking my bank statements religiously, but the only things I see from this company are my room charge and the deposit charge. I contacted them through their website, and all they sent me was a copy of the room charges.
Notice how I stated previously that I was given two separate charges, one for the room and one for the deposit. Obviously, the deposit would not show up on the room charge documentation.
Where is my money, Extended Stay America?
The ONLY reason I am giving this two stars instead of one is because of Christy, the woman working the front desk when I checked in. She provided excellent service and I only wish the rest of this company was the same.
Don’t even get me started on the state of these rooms. The room I was assigned had no working bathroom. I informed Christy at the front desk, who appeared to have already known something about the state of the bathroom once I told her, and she kindly had me moved to a different room. However, once I got to the second room, it was dank and had bugs all over. I requested to be put in my original room, to which Christy obliged. I wouldn’t have minded so much if I had gotten my $100 back.
In short, if you want to pay the full price of a run-down room plus $100, go ahead and stay here. If you’re like me and expect to get a deposit back when you’re told you will get it back, DON’T come here. Save your money, go elsewhere.
