Access from site arrival points to the hotel entrance, including pedestrian paths to travel and curb cuts where needed.

Guests who have mobility disabilities may request bed frame removal to lower the surface of the bed. If a guest with a mobility disability does not provide forty-eight (48) hours’ advanced notice for bed frame removal accommodation, then the guest’s request for bed frame removal shall be accommodated within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of request by hotel management. If the forty-eight (48) hour period falls on a holiday or weekend, hotel staff will accommodate the request within seventy-two (72) hours.

Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.
Advance Payment Policy
Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

To cancel a reservation, please find the reservation you want to cancel by going to "My Stays" on your Extended Perks account page or by clicking here to find your reservation. Once you find the reservation you want to cancel, select "Cancel" and then "Yes" to confirm your cancellation. To cancel an AP or EPP reservation, please call the hotel directly.
Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.

Refresh Service: You may purchase a Refresh Service for $5 per service. Refresh service includes: replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, making bed with existing linens, and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed.

Check In / Check Out Check-in time for arriving guests begins at 3 p.m. Check-out time for departing guests is 11 a.m.
For guests staying fewer than 7 nights, a valid credit card is required for payment.
I originally had a hotel reservation else where and once arrived to check-in, there was an unexpected charge. I came to this hotel and Ms. Faith, checked me into a room less than 30 minutes. I drove four hours only to run into that charge. Ms. Faith was high professional, showed a positive attitude and treated me with great hospitality.

Wouldn't even recommend this place for homeless people. It's disgusting and the staff is horrible. The managers Darlene and kamilah are horrible people and need to be fired. You complain to customer service and they don't do anything i guess they gone have to run this hotel in the ground before they realize those to are bad for the business

Ms Darling is the best thing that happened to extend stay American I have stayed there for almost 8 months in the beginning was terrible and very rude and unprofessional and disrespectful front desk staff it took me reaching out to corporate to get my voice heard about that front desk staffs that was working there at the time and then they bring in Mr.Reggie and Darling which was the best thing that happen to that company and then Reggie left but Ms Darling still held it down very Respectful and professional she is a very caring person and she will help you in anyway she can she never takes sides and if you goes to her with a situation she will do everything possible to help you so I moved and I though that I couldāve gotten my mailed forward from there to my new address and then i found out through the post office I couldnāt get my mail forward so reached out to Ms Darling and she explained to me that I couldnāt get my mailed forward so she explained and told me on how to go by doing it and I explained to her that I might have an important letter that might come there and I ask her would she kindly please hold my mail for me and she said she would do that for me and then I called to speak with her on today just to check if I have gotten any mail there now just to let yall know that I have been getting mail there I spoke with a staff person at the front desk last week and she confirmed that she have seen mailed with my name on it and she told me that Kamilla has put my mail back in the outgoing box knowing I politely and respectfully asked for my mail to be hold and I called today to speak with Ms Darling and she wasnāt in so I ask whom I was speaking with and of course it was kamilla the same rude disrespectful nasty attitude unprofessional front desk staff that I had a issue with while staying there a couple of months ago and so I tried to explain to her that I have spoken with Ms darling about some important mail that I am receiving there and once again she goes to say and stated to me with an attitude NO YOU DO NOT And I havenāt seen anything with your name on it and hung up in my face there was no reason for her to speak to me like that how can someone be so rude and disrespectful to someone whom was just asking a question yes we have had an issue in the past but that was a while back and I have moved on from that because that what a professional respectful person about themselves does i donāt whole grudges you canāt moved forward in life holding on to grudges im a child of God no one is perfect but the disrespect is uncalled for I really hope that she would learn how to speak to people in the future Ms. Darling is a very nice sweet professional and caring person the best thing that happened to extend stay American and she is the only Reason Iām giving a 5 star āļø
