Extended Stay America hotels requires guests and all other individuals entering its hotels who have not been fully vaccinated for COVID-19 to wear a face covering when in indoor public areas, including entryways, lobbies, hallways, laundry areas, and elevators. For purposes of this requirement, face covering means a cloth face covering that covers the nose and mouth.
We recognize that wearing a face covering may not be possible in every situation or for some people. Exceptions will be made for the following:
For hotels in states or municipalities with face covering mandates or requirements, the hotel will follow the state or municipal mandates or requirements.

As always, we offer a flexible cancellation policy. Reservations must be cancelled by 6 p.m. local hotel time on the day of arrival, or the first night's stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No-Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation.
If you booked directly with us and need to cancel a reservation, please contact us at 855.765.3618. If you booked with an online travel agency or other third party, please contact the third party directly.
Please Note: Advanced Purchase (AP) reservations: Guests who cancel more than 24 hours after their original time of booking, or fail to show, will forfeit their nonrefundable advance prepayment equal to the total cost of the reservation (including tax). Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservations: Guests who cancel more than 24 hours after their original time of booking, or fail to show, will forfeit their nonrefundable deposit equal to three (3) nights room rate plus tax. Similar rules may apply to other special rates and promotions. Reservations are based on availability.
